Great breakfast,comfy bed,clean room and Polite staff.

Did not get told about free parking until we had parked and booked in so we paid for parking. The free car park was a little way away.

it was away from main roads traffic noise, lovely comfy room with a window that opened for fresh air, the food was great and the staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location to Warwick Castle was perfect. The Food was exceptional and great value for money.

Lack of parking facilities. Personally, the duvet cover was too heavy, having an option of a light blanket/ throw would have made sleeping more comfortable.

Very central location. Initially paid for local car park which covered us for first night stay but on arrival at Tilted Wig advised they had parking availability on-site which we took advantage of for our second night stay. Room was OK, bed comfy and plenty of hot water, in fact excellent heating throughout the building. Enjoyed very pleasant view from bedroom window overlooking main square. On arrival met by pleasant staff member who showed us to our room and handed over keys and explained how to access building when main entrance closed

Had originally booked two nights bed and breakfast (and paid on that basis). Did receive phone call advising no breakfast would be served Christmas Day morning which was understandable so made our own arrangements, however nothing said about Boxing Day so very disappointed when we walked into the restaurant to find no staff around, no-one in the kitchen, no tables prepared and clearly no breakfast taking place. We left room key and departed...... Overall found this a very disappointing experience as feel room should not have been advertised as offering breakfast.

The decor of the room felt very luxurious yet rustic. The breakfast was absolutely superb and the staff were completely on point! Also the room has a Bluetooth speaker/radio which was a nice touch

The sink was a little small, but it wasn't a big problem - also it was pretty noisy but then again it is above a pub so it is to be expected

Very clean. Only one complaint, the duvet on the bed was very thin, like a summer duvet(room 4). Our daughter had a much thicker one in her room (room 2). We had to bring a rug from the car and lay our coats on the bed too as the room was cold Christmas eve and Christmas night. Was better boxing day night.

Warmer duvet and more heating.
