The breakfast staff were lovely and the choice available was good. The location is close to both main shopping and restaurant areas. The owner helped us with organising a transfer to the airport.

Everything advertised about this property is false, with the entrance lobby downstairs resembling a building site. Bellini does not operate in the real sense as a B & B. Staff are only at the property in the morning for breakfast and to clean the rooms, with even the check-in process being managed remotely by text . The owner has no idea who actually stays in the apartment. This meant that during our stay the apartment had been completely taken over by a Hen party and we were unable to use the terrace etc. and had to stay in our room. If I had been a solo traveller I would have felt very unsafe in these non-managed arrangements . In addition we had booked and paid in advance for a Superior double room, but on arrival found we had been allocated the economy room without any explanation from the owner or the offer of a refund. As other reviewers have commented the lift only works some of the time, so we were left to carry our cases down 3 flights of stairs on our departure.

it was easily accessible and the instructions to come in and out were very clear. the rooms are serviceable and have a mini fridge (important when hot outside) as well as a good aircon system that’s not loud.

the beds are on the harder side and the pillows could be better . also very limited toiletries (only a little hand wash gel and shower gel left in the containers)

The location was good, it was closed to the university and to the center. The breakfast was amazing!

In the first day, I was a little bit confused when I didn't spot any reception desk. The only recommendation I have is to have a reception desk.

We asked for gluten-free breakfast for one person, and every morning the staff did make it. Special thanks for that. And generally the breakfast was typical, we had the feeling to be a local person. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, ten minutes walk from the main shopping street and next to the beautiful Bellini Park.

We realised there was an elevator in the house, but it came up we are not allowed to use it everyday. But it was not a big problem, we could use it when we arrived and when we left.

The place is well placed in the city, you have acces to the city centre very easy.The building is beautiful, old and nice restored.

Our room was near the kitchen and in the morning it was a bit noisy, the breakfast starts from 7:30 am and we couldn’t sleep so much.Our toilet had a problem with the water running.

It’s very clean and well furnished. Breakfast is great and overall a nice experience.

Online check in did not work and there was no one at the reception when we arrived. It was difficult to enter the room.

The location is very nice, the rooms are clean and have their own bathroom. Despite being on a corner of two busy streets, the rooms are reasonably quiet.

There is no elevator and the steps are pretty steep, but if that is no problem for you the property is very much worth it.
