We loved our stay. We had one night here and will book again for a longer stay. It was super comfortable, and everything was really clean 😊.

Beautiful place
The heating could have been better.

Great location, perfect little yard for my dogs.
This isn't the hosts fault but there was an off leash dog wandering around. My own dog is afraid of other dogs so it was hard to get out of my car with the loose dog.
The other thing was the room smelled musty and triggered my asthma. Opening the windows and/or using a fan to increase air flow while people aren't there would be a good idea.

We stayed in the basic cabins. Heater provided, table, dishes, comfy bed, decent common bathroom, kitchen, dining room, quiet at night. We especially liked the friendly and helpful staff, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Third photo is also part of the cabin, opposite the bed.

Great location, quiet surroundings away from the busy township, we also had a unit with a fenced courtyard for our dogs, very handy.
Nothing really, as was as we expected.

Lovely facilities, lots of fun activities to keep kids entertained within the camp grounds.

Good parking, heat pump
TV and internet drops out in poor weather, no Sky on TV, too far from town to walk, shower spray weak, milk provided on arrival tiny, smell of dampness, many window catch fittings missing

Old school kiwi cabins, all you need and good amenities, warm and comfy
Location, have to drive into Hamner, which due to lack of parking, can be a drama.

Facilities were adequate. For the money you can’t complain but we did have a tv in our caravan with internet connectivity which was a great touch.
It was a bit far away from the town centre but we did have a car so it wasn’t too bad. Our caravan was unclean as well.

Friendly check in, very friendly and accomodating.
Was not told that we were not able to have fence unit when booking as it was taken , when arrived told we had it ,could of saved $200 as had dog cared for. Plus he is normally always with us.
Miscommunication
The fold out couch needs to be replaced spings going and new mattress required. Could hear the springs going all night when my 14 year old son slept in it. He is not a big boy. We both became sleep deprived.
On check out day had a check out time of 11am, young girl approached my son that we should have left at 10am. If she had a concern should of approached the adult.
Possible miss communication
