Nice comfortable apartment
Next to large hotel and both night I was there was woken in the middle of the night by fighting in the street outside my bedroom window. Very scary

Due to traffic conditions, we weren't sure if we'd make it in time for check-in and communications were difficult due to a lack of reception. To their credit, the hotel did the utmost to keep us informed and ensure our booking was safe.
As seemed to be common on this trip, reception hours were "rubbery" so despite arriving before their scheduled closure, we arrived to locked doors. No big deal - we simply used the after hours safe and found everything we needed.

Awesome large apartment, lots of room and great views of the river. Fair price for what you get.
Great for travelling with friends or another couple as you get a room and bathroom each.
There was no ice in the freezer

Huge suite and balcony.

The installation of the portable aircon in the window should have been finished, or we should have been told about it.
The portable aircon and the aircon in the other bedroom were noisy. Luckily we did not need to use them

Well provisioned, spacious, unexpected daily servicing and convenient location.
Was a bit confusing where the parking was for the serviced apartments but all ended up fine.

There was lots of space and the 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides both having ensuite one with a tub. Oh so nice, rooms very spacious and beds comfy (though to soft for me). Big fridge and had everything you needed to cook with. Pet friendly many tenants/guest had dogs.
Didn’t like reception was closed around 6pm, someone parked in our allocated space, a few undesirables were hanging around in carpark, people got in to lift drinking alcohol and I couldn’t work out the oven to cook.

We have stayed here a few times very spacious, has everything we need, beautiful and clean. And the location is great for us. We usually don't have an issue.
The aircon in the main bedroom must not be working and a portable aircon had been tapped in the door way to the balcony. It also really didn't do much to cool the room at all.

The location was excellent, close to the CBD and to East Shores precinct.
The check in process. There was noone at Reception and the door was locked at 2pm on Thursday. There was no office hours on the door and there were no instructions about how to access our key. I had a PIN code but didn't know whether I needed to add # or * before or after it. No instructions were on the After Hours key box. We had to phone for instructions.

The location was great. The apartment was very tidy and great size
We weren’t told that the television wasn’t working and were told a different spot to leave the keys when we left.

Austar didn’t work at all, nor did the tv channels. was told the antenna man was coming the next day. lol helpful.

the lack of communication. the air conditioning in our room had stopped working through a heat wave and we were not told about it, the room was extremely hot and we could not stay there

had a trundle bed that was broken and I was charged for it. the aircon in the main bedroom didn’t work. I emailed them and had the email declined? there was never anyone at reception so couldn’t tell anyone.

Exceptional accommodation in a very central part of the CBD. We scored a great room overlooking the port and river with sweeping view to the Isnads and Mountains.

The manager Sue was exceptional. She went out of her way to make sure our room was beautiful for our wedding night. She also helped make the booking and check in process so easy!
