A lovely one night stop…

Very friendly welcome from Sandrina and Matteo. They kindly organised the taxi from the airport. Situated on a quiet peninsula, just outside the centre of Zadar a 30 minute walk into town along the coast.

There were some amenities in the room to be able to have a drink of water or make a cup of tea. Just one little croissant! Two would have been nice or some biscuits so that we didn’t have to head into town to get immediate sustenance first thing!

Clean, Quiet, Private Room and Bathroom with an Excellent Host.

Sandrina is an incredible host. My girlfriend and I stayed at her apartment and upon our arrival we immediately realized my girlfriend mistakenly left her wallet in the Taxi. Sandrina took it upon herself to call the company and demand they return it immediately (in Croatian). We thought it was a goner. Location is a 30 second walk to the path along the water that leads directly to Zadar’s old town (though just under a mile until you reach a hidden gem restaurant called Karma). HIGHLY recommend you stop there for a meal. Delicious sauces accompanying the meals. We would definitely stay there again. Quiet, relaxing, not too far from anything.

It is not in the old town, but that worked for us and we knew that ahead of time.

Beautifu and comfyl room in front of the beach

The location is amazing, right in front of a beach and a cafe, 30min walking from the old town. The host was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. We loved it.

Away from the crowds, a safe, peaceful coastal walk to town

We enjoyed the location. It was a half hour walk along the coast to the busy town but still had some facilities nearby; supermarket and bar. The walk was dark at night but it’s a very safe town and area generally. The apartment is spacious, has a kitchen, patio and has good storage in bedroom and hall. The ‘hosts’ Helpfully organised an inexpensive car to meet us at Zadar airport and kindly returned us too.

Host was very helpful and friendly. Apartment was well equipted, spacious and comfortable. Great location just outside the bustle of Zadar but with easy access by 30 min walk or taxi/uber. Beautiful views and great swimming locations on your doorstep. Would recommend

Sofa was not the most comfortable as it was a sofa bed but not a problem as not much time spent indoors

Great size and very comfortable in a quiet location.

Although the location was a little far from Old Town walking wise, I knew this upon booking as I wanted somewhere quiet and good value. The apartment was a very good size, spotless and very comfortable with much needed AC! The host was great and easy to reach. There is a beach within a few minutes walking too!

One week in Zadar

Spent one week in Zadar, and loved this apartment. The location is a bit remote from the old town (half an hour walking; there is a bus option nearby, though), but the advantage was the tranquility. Punta Bajla beach (incl. a beach bar) are nearby, nevertheless. The outdoor terrace is also a big plus. Room size was okay, although the bathroom was rather small. The host (Sandrina) is very accommodating and helpful. Overall a extremely good value for your buck!

The wifi was rather disappointing - streaming over Netflix was impossible (half a minute watching, half a minute streaming). The explanation from the service provider was that it was caused by the cloudy weather. I had my doubts about it.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful, modernly equipped apartment. Very clean. A very comfy bed. The apartment is located on the beautiful promenade, 10 minutes by car from the city center. Very nice and friendly owner. I highly recommend.

The host spoke little english but was very nice, the bed was super comfy (for the firm matress fans), really like the decor. There was an electric kettle and a coffee machine, dishes, small fridge. The bathroom was very cute but small, the shower pressure was amazing. Really enjoyed the stay, i wish we could have stayed at least a night longer.

There was a thunderstorm during the night and some water got in through the closed door. As we were taking our morning showers, there was no hot water - but not sure if thats a bad thing in this hot weather, the water smelled of chlorine strongly - but that might be a thing for the region.

Perfect Location, Cozy Apartment

Great value for money! The apartment is on the beachfront with a sunny terrace where you can breathe fresh sea air! Quiet location. After a few days we truly felt like we weren’t staying on holiday in a rental apartment but like we were actually home! We didn’t want to leave! The apartment is cozy as well, everything is newly renovated/furnished. The host is lovely and very kind. She even left some biscuits and tea, coffee, milk and honey in the apartment.

The bathroom is a bit small, only one person fits at a time. Otherwise everything was very pleasant.

Very clean and comfortable apartment just 2 mins walking from the sea - we loved our stay!

We loved our stay here - the apartment was decorated nicely, was very clean, and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden terrace, and the sea was just a 2-minute walk away! There are lots of places to swim and the restaurant bar had plenty of drinks and decent food (note: it's cash-only, so we had to go into town first to find an ATM as we didn't have cash with us). Would highly recommend this place!
