The property was in the perfect location - lots of bars and restaurants within two minutes walk. The apartment is next to the most beautiful church. It is a clean, well-looked after room, with lovely views and a well-sized bathroom. The stay also comes with a free breakfast at a local cafe which do the most amazing croissants filled with pistachio cream. Claudio and Gianluca are attentive, helpful hosts and we will most definitely be returning.

Very highly recommended- this is a wonderful bnb and I would stay here again in an instant. The location is perfect and only 10 minutes walk from the train station. The large single room was very comfortable and the generous breakfast options of both sweet and savoury items was great. The hosts were lovely and friendly and helpful and I really appreciated being able to leave a suitcase before and after my room times so I could continue enjoying Cagliari until my evening flight. Communication was excellent too. Thank you.

Great location. Beautiful neighborhood. Self-check-in was very efficient. Spacious rooms. Everything was perfectly clean. Nice kitchen fully equipped. The host was very helpful.

Lovely comfortable, modern room with balcony. Spotlessly clean. Gianluca is a lovely man and very helpful and informative about places to visit and he recommended nice restaurants. I liked heading to the nearby coffee shop each morning for breakfast. The Guesthouse is very central in Cagliari and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is a bus ride away. The filtered tap water in the communal space was welcome. A resident (lady) in the building next door to the Guesthouse was very nice and helpful to me when I had a problem with my phone, she was able to solve my dilemma! I enjoyed my stay and would very much recommend a stay here.
