Very comfortable and relaxed.

The room was a good size, the beds including the sofa bed were really comfortable and the partition between the bed section of the room and sofa bed section gave my sister and I some privacy. The kitchenette area was really useful too. Special mention for Elli at reception who made us very welcome and went out of his way to be helpful. Free coffee and tea in reception for guests was a lovely addition.

Absolutely nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.

Top Hotel in top Lage mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir würden freundlich empfangen und unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend für ein Wochenende. Trotz Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, konnte ich keinen Straßenlärm feststellen. Die Lage unmittelbar zum Hafen und Speicherstadt war ebenfalls top. Mehrere Parkhäuser sowie eine U Bahn Station in der Nähe.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Un piccolo appartamento con tutte le comodità, nel centro di Amburgo

La posizione è eccezionale per qualsiasi tipo di viaggio perché la struttura è vicinissima al centro (15min a piedi) e al Distretto di St. Pauli (movida e divertimento) 10min a piedi nella direzione opposta, ma, al contempo, è in una bellissima zona tranquilla, accanto alla chiesa di St. Michail. La fermata della metropolitana, con le linee S1 e S3 è praticamente di fronte alla struttura. Inoltre, la comodità di avere un appartamento a disposizione, con tutto quanto il necessario per cucinare, è impagabile.

L'unica pecca è la mancanza di dotazione base in cucina (zucchero, bustine di tè, minimi condimenti) e, considerati gli orari dei negozi nelle vicinanze, non è sempre comodo fare la spesa. Un plus è però sicuramente la disponibilità di caffè e infusi nella sala comune accanto alla reception, completamente gratuiti a qualsiasi ora.

Fantastic place, perfect for a stag do or visit to Hamburg

Modern, clean and spacious apartments, with very helpful staff. Great location, walking distance from both city centre and the Reeperbahn. Had everything we needed!

Only issue was the ringing of the church bell nearby

Perfecte ligging, vriendelijk personeel, iets meer aandacht voor hygiëne.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Alles wat wij wilde bezoeken was op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel en goed uitgebreid ontbijt.

Delen van het servies waren niet goed schoon. In de badkamer zaten vieze vegen op de tegels. Verder was de kamer netjes en schoon.

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage!

Für unseren Hamburgaufenthalt (3 Tage) war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Es hat alles gepasst. Besonders hervorzuheben: Das Zimmer Upgrade! Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

방이 넓고 쾌적하며 아파트먼트이지만 호텔스타일로 로비도 갖춰져있어 체크인/아웃시 편리하고 위치가 좋음

넓은 객실대비 침대가 작고 소파베드의 경우 삐걱거리는 소리로 좀 불편합니다. 호텔 정문 자전거도록 내리막길이라 이곳 방문이 처음인 사람들은 사고 위험이 있어보여 어떤 표시나 경고문구가 필요해보입니다.

Holiday trip

Location was walkable to Christmas market and grocery. Secure. Loved the mini kitchen fir preparing meals and insure laundry.

Towel heater in bathroom did not work.

Mit 2 kleinen Kindern eine gute Adresse.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 2 Bädern. Bei 2 Kinder war das super.

Das Hotel kommt leider in die Jahre und einfache Reparaturen werden nicht gemacht. Fehlende Tapete, kaputte Lampe im Schlafzimmer, Silikonfugen, etc.. Wenn es mein Hotel wäre, würde ich mir von meinen Servicekräften wünschen, auf so etwas aufmerksam gemacht zu werden.

Perfektes Hotel für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral aber selbst zu Fuß kommt man gut zum Rathausplatz. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten mit Blick auf den Michel. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man die Glockenschläge so gut wie nicht gehört. Beim Frühstück wurde fehlendes sehr schnell aufgefüllt. Durch die zwei Räume genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten.

Die fehlende tägliche Zimmerreinigung empfinde ich normalerweise nicht als Problem. Bei diesem Aufenthalt lag jedoch Schnee und die Splittsteinchen haben sich im Zimmer verteilt. Das war beim Barfußgehen etwas unangenehm.

Es gibt bessere Hotels in der Nähe zum gleichen Preis

Großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Bad mit Badewanne und genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Hotel insgesamt ruhig und ohne störende Geräusche.

Kein Platz für den Pkw in der Tiefgarage buchbar. Frühstück in Qualität von low Budget Hotels. Bei dem hohen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet

Location, breakfast and free coffee was great. Also the room was comfortable. It was close to the city center and Elbphilarmonie as well.

Because of its location, a little bit noisy while sleeping. But it is not a problem when you are in a deep sleep.

24/7 free coffee machine, free drinking water. Room was spotless and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all utensils for cooking, big fridge with the freezer, dishwasher (tablets were provided), separate toilet and bathroom.

The breakfast room was too small and too crowded in my opinion. We had to wait to a free table too.

Great location!

The hotel is in a great location. Good value for the money too. Wasn't especially impressed with the breakfast provided, but it was adequate. Parking is a little tricky too as it is on-street and based on availability.
