Disfrutar de Toledo

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y tiene todas las comodidades además de limpio y tiene la posibilidad de garaje justo al lado. Súper recomendable.

fab location, walking distance to almost all landmarks, spacious and comfortable except one thing…

the drainage in the apartment has serious issues, it’s blocked every time we use the shower, we believe it’s an infrastructure thing no matter how hard the host try to upkeep it. On our second night water was overflowed from the shower unit to the ground, and similar to the shower draining the one on the floor has issues too so there’s a moment water gusted out back from the pipes and the water goes into the kitchen area, we used all we found to mop the floor and push the water back into the toilet area. Luckily the water stops coming out from the drain after some time and we can cease our work after 1/2 hour or so

Better than a 3 stars hotel. Amazing views

How convenient its location is, few steps from Zocodover square. The parking arrangement made all the difference especially because it was raining on our stay.

A perfect base for exploring this beautiful historic city

We stayed in Cervantes 8. An absolutely perfect location about three minutes walk down from Toledo’s historic main square, Zocodover. The apartment is tastefully furnished, is roomy and light. It has a modern kitchen which is very well equipped, and includes a big fridge and freezer, a Nespresso machine and capsules. The bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge were a nice touch. The bathroom is also very nice and features a high tech shower. Lovely wooden floors in the lounge, bedroom and hallway. There is even a little balcony off the bedroom on which you could enjoy a coffee on warmer days. There’s a view over the river from the lounge and kitchen. Although the apartment is very close to the centre of town, it is quiet overnight. Isa, who manages the property, was a joy to deal with. She was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Getting into the apartment was very easy, thanks to the detailed instructions and videos she sent us in advance as we arrived late. If you’re coming to Toledo, plan at least two nights to see all this historic and beautiful town has to offer. We highly recommend this apartment. We’ll be back!

The only slight improvement could be to the WiFi, which works well when you stand next to the router but not well in the bedroom. Or perhaps it was due to the unusually cool, rainy conditions! We arrived on foot, which meant a bit of a struggle up and down the steep street, but if you’re arriving by car, it’s simple. Isa offers a car park just across the road from the apartment.

Highly recommended , amazing views and location

The views from the apartment were incredible and had us in awe. The apartment was about 3 mins walk to the centre of the old town. The host Isa met us with enthusiasm and was full of great tips and knowledge on the town. Isa was available at all hours and responded immediately to our queries. As the washing machine in the apartment did not work, they provided free access to the laundromat across the road for free, which came in very handy. We would return without hesitation.

The option of smaller and softer pillows would be beneficial.

right in the old centre of town. parking opposite at a price. good kitchen with coffee and tea.

internet very slow and often it didn’t work. as there are more apartments using the same access point it should have a faster connection. small double bed with uncomfortable pillows.

Great time in Toledo

Comfortable apartment, well equipped, parking spot just in front of the house and it's spacious. Apartment location is really central, all best restaurants are in 5-10 minutes of walking. Great overall experience, will return here definitely.

Good area. Easy walking to the tourist sites and restaurants.

One pillow had an old blood stain on it. 2 pillows had pillow covers that only covered two thirds of the pillow.

Great location, handy for the old town. Secure parking at €10 was directly opposite the apartment.

The sofa was really uncomfortable for sitting not sure what it would be like to sleep on.

Great host @ Cervantes Apartamentos.

Our host was super nice. Waited and received us when we arrived. Personally brought us to the parking garage for our car. Recommeded us a great restaurant, Abadia. Great value and food.

Its a nice apartment, well kept and nicely sized. Had a balcony too (stayed at the Cervantes room, 3rd floor). Was a bit of a struggle for us to lug our luggages up the stairs as there was no lift, otherwise this would be perfect. Overall, a great value for a stay.

Great location, friendly service

Great location, the host was very friendly and informative - received all the information about the key handoff and parking garage in advance. The property was very clean, they left us a new sponge and dish soap, as well as laundry tablets (which we didn't use, but it was a nice touch). Though we didn't have any direct contact with the owner (only through WhatsApp), the service still felt very friendly and personal. Will definitely recommend it!

It was quite cold in the apartment, even with the heating on full blast. The internet was slow. The pillows were not very comfortable. All of these are minor concerns for us, as we stayed outside exploring the city most of the time.

It was clean & the communication with the staff was easy

totally different from the photos... they showed me a larger apartment in the photos but they gave us only one bedroom room & we were 4 friends.. They keep sending you messages to leave before the time it was so unrespectful

Centrale locaties with a parkingplace opposite the apartment.

Not much, only the piloot was hard. And i was allen, but the bed is maybe a bit small for two.

Perfect!

Communication with owner is very effective and fast. The apartment was right next to city center and the parking is a plus. Very clean and pleasant décor.

Not a problem for me but it is a 3rd floor with no lift

The fabulous location was perfect for a one night stay. We made use of the garage which was very close to the apartment and very secure. The day before we arrived we were contacted to talk through the arrival meet and greet process and this communication continued until had we checked in. Thoroughly recommend and we would rebook if in the Toledo again.

I liked the layout, the location and the decor of the room. Also communication was really great!

Everything was great! The only thing I could say is the couch in the living room was not very sturdy and made a loud noise upon sitting down.
