Fantastic B&B with ever so helpful and cheery host. Host gave us lovely tips about restaurants and cycling possibilities. There was a storage for bikes too. Rooms are nice and tidy. Breakfast is good and served in a beautiful garden room or terrace, that invites you to lovely discussions with the host.

This property is overrated on booking.com. Access to the facility is not easy, location is out of walking distance to town, parking is tight. Arrival and registration took a lot of time, but the worst was breakfast. We were served toast bread that was re-heated in microwave: clearly, it was left over from other guests. I asked for muesli or cereal, but not available. Absolute minimum was served, no questions asked if we would like some salty options like ham or eggs. Later we discovered other guests got them. Service was very poor and not welcoming. We will definitely avoid this place in future.

The welcoming by Lorenzo (the owner) was absolutely brilliant. He was very helpful in all the information you've needed. The property was immaculately clean and spotless. The place was very quiet and restful.

Breakfast was personally prepared by the friendly host. Host very kindly came to the roadside to help us as we could not locate the entrance to his B&B. Secured parking was excellent but the driveway was slightly steep and narrow. Toilet was a very high standard and it was very clean (however with a strange sewage smell from the Shower place). Balcony view of the sea was good. Everything went smoothly and well (except for GPS-guided road which was very hazardous but host did warn us.)

Locating the entrance tp exact address was a nightmare (although text instructions were sent by message) and I still went up the "Hazardous narrow mountain path" which could have seriously damaged my sports-car. A suggestion would be to send a MAP picture and a GPS-Coordinates to the beginning of Via Padre Semeria and then head uphilll properly on good road. (Text is no good when we are driving from one hotel to another B&B).

It was really good. A traditional Italian breakfast served in the garden with home made super tasty cakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty coffee/capuccino. The location was also good, very close to city centre and the beach and incredibly quiet place to stay. Also loved the fact that they have aircon in the rooms, a very small amount of room so it doesn't get too busy. Loved that the room was very spacious, clean and in great conditions.

The road to get to the property is a bit narrow and steep (as you will find that in the area most of them are) so not super easy to park a big car. I would suggest to avoid 4X4 and any sort of big cars.

Great place, friendly and organised. Good location if you are looking to stay a bit out of town and have peace and quiet. we’ll kept place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking on site is good.
