Heated pool at well ness centre was not working
No generator at the wellness centre
Staying at Fairways we were advised the use of the facilities including gym , sauna and jacuzzi - we were requested to pay.
The drakensberg gardens roads is in very poor condition caused damage to windscreen that I now have to replace it

The location with surrounding mountains and we got to experience snow fall which was the highlight of our trip.
Beautiful landscape.
Restaurants were well priced.
General upkeep of the common open grounds and roads need a little TLC

WiFi is extremely limited, no proper hearing other than firewood which you need to buy (plus it is highly polluting)

Everything about this property was superb. The location, the chalets, the facilities, the friendly and helpful staff... I cant fault a single thing!

Excellent location, had everything we needed and the staff are truly exceptional 😊
The only thing that would’ve been nice was a gas cooker to make tea or coffee during the day when loadshedding was on.

Towels should be changed more often
We had issues with the door handles of the bedrooms and bathroom being faulty, needed repairs but not quite sorted during our stay

Fairways was lovely. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean and had all the appliances you could need. We very very happy.
No complaints! The wind was the only issue but no one can help with that :-)
