I liked the adults only area. The view was amazing. The hotel is beautiful.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. They didn’t come for 3 days. When we tried to call the main desk several times, nobody answered.

Great location; beautiful views from all the restaurants and lounging areas;
The food was good, but overpriced.

The staff was so polite upon arriving, they offer assistance as soon as you step foot onto the property and continue to greet and check on you throughout your stay. It smells amazing throughout the entire property and the ocean view is beautiful.
It was built in 1919 so some things are outdated but it compliments the aesthetic of the property.

Nice location. Definitely does not worth the price but it’s ok.
Small bathrooms, poor cleaning service and pool is always dirty. I had a drink on the bar full of ice for 29 USD. Like I said, nice hotel, looks very fancy but does NOT worth the price at all.

I loved the location, the bar and the cigar room off the bar. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
I was unable to get ice easily. I was told I just had to ask them to bring ice to my room. I asked for ice twice and the first time it took quite a while, but the staff member apologized and it wasn't really a big deal. But the second time I asked for ice, the ice was never brought to my room.

The property is stunning. We watched as the property was renovated and completed. If you are looking for a five star experience in every way this is the place to go.

Very clean, bed ok, shower was fantastic, very hot water and strong flow.
1st room was not very clean, we changed rooms, 2nd room was very musty they needed to ''refresh'' before we could use it. They had men repairing the outside of the windows on scaffolds, they were very noisy and were cursing the whole time. Had to call the manager to complain. Because they were hanging around most of our stay we could not leave the curtains open to see the beautiful view during the day. This was extremely annoying.

Beautiful clean and high end
1919 Restaurant. Do not indulge in the wine cellar experience. It is a complete rip off.

We chose this hotel to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We loved our room, our view and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. We especially found Raoul at the pool kind and helpful.
I think the hotel could be more specific In their room descriptions, i.e.: we booked a tower ocean view. We assumed we’d be looking at the ocean. We were not, we had a partial view of the ocean and the street. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a room with “an ocean view”.
