Amazing accommodation at an amazing value compared to hotels in the same area

The rooms were spacious, main bed was very comfortable not so much the sofa bed and the lounge chairs rather hard. Bathroom was clean and tidy except for some cracked tiles and loose grout on the floor.
Uncomfortable chairs and no cushions.

The check-in and chrck-out was very quick and the staff and the cleaning staff was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and they have provided us with everything we needed for pur stay. The apartment was in a very good location and the parking was good.
The issue we had was the Internet. We had an issue with the Internet, where most of the dats day we couldn't connect to the Internet, and even when we do connect, it is quite intermittent. The other issue was that everytime we did try and connect to the Internet, we had to enter the password, which was quite a headache, especially with how many times the Internet dropped and we had to reconnect.

Clean and modern apartment. Well equipped and wonderful bathroom with a bath. Great location right next to central town, easy to walk and also access by metro. Great to have air conditioning.
We were not used to the busy sounds of a city and we were located on the noisy side of the building with a lot of traffic and sirens. It was better to close the windows.

The room was comfortable and well-designed - staff in the hotel next door were helpful. Location a bit of a walk from Jesmond centre, but convenient for Newcastle and main roads.
The entry process was a little odd with keys/door code provided by the Holiday Inn next door. Parking instructions were not clear. The shower was not clean and did not work very well. The hair dryer was broken and a replacement did not appear. I had to get a corkscrew from the bar next door. The room was a bit shabby in parts

Location and ease of check in. Comfortable beds and convenient kitchenette. Plenty of towels and bedding.
Sofa bed for fifth person in our group was jammed and my son was forced to sleep on the floor.
3 of the 5 mugs in the kitchen were dirty.

The room was very clean and equipped with fridge and microwave. Air conditioning was very good.
We were in Apt 7 which was in the attic - with no lift it was a long climb up the stairs and as we both are in our late sixties not ideal. Also it would take some running of the water to get the hot water up but once up it was excellent

Clean & beds comfortable.
Shower screen could be bigger to avoid floor from getting wet. Otherwise, the shower itself was impressive.

The rooms were great, space far exceeded my expectation. We booked a studio & a small apartment which were perfect for 5 people. The separate living room was great for evening chats and cups of tea after long days of sightseeing.
We did end up paying for parking the first night as there was any space in the free allocated parking, not a huge inconvenience but something to have in mind in more peak times. Sofa in living was a little grubby, but the actual pull out bed and sheets were clean.

Very noisy from wind and rain as we were in the roof space. Quite a bit of traffic noise too.

It was a self contained flat with parking and complimentary service like water etc
It was on the top floor 59 steps to the top.

Surprisingly large and good quality fittings.
Comfort wise, the bed and pillows were too hard for us and the loo roll was poor quality. The corner of the bath grouting was black too.

The size of this apparently was great plenty of seats for sitting in,bed was really comfy
My daughter didn't get much sleep on the sofa bed she said it wasn't comfy
