The poor cleaning people were nice and umble

As other clients have already reported we raised the fact that there were no kitchen tools and just cutleries for eating. As for answer the owner replied (see pics of conversation) that we were 2 and there were 4 knives! We stayed 4 days and she never showed herself up! Last night she writes a message claiming the city taxes to be left in cash on the table. We replied OK and that we wanted the recipt for that amount, so first she didn't understand what we were talking about (like she never left an invoice for that cash money) then she wrote us that we refused to pay!!! As written by others, she ask the clients to rise problem then the attitude is to refuse to solve the problems and blame the clients. She claims to be at 7 km distance then is the client to go to her at the time and moment is convenient herself. It's a shame since in many years traveling around the world this is definitely the worst experience while I'm spending a month traveling in a region where I've found an amazing hospitality and welcoming (always greated by the owners and gifted with warm attention going the extra mile). Hope you could enjoy Salento and not being disappointed by a rude person who's just trying to make out money without giving any service or attention. Surely read the answer she will post and make your own idea.
