We loved how spacious the bed and room were and the staff were very hospitable. Wish we spent longer here! The breakfast was simple but great.
It was up 3 levels which was tough with a suitcase, but not a huge problem. we were really happy!

The location in the old part of the town, the cleanliness of the room. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was much friendlier than the lady who "welcomed" us.
The lady who answered the intercom was extremely unfriendly and gave us a room which did not meet our expectations. Apparently she did not know that we had made a reservation. The room she offerd was small, dark and narrow for a couple. After a longer and not always friendly discussion she asked another client, a single person, to change his spacious and bright room with ours. The gentleman was friendly and okayed the change of rooms. This lady puts clients off.

Very authentic Italian B&B with great hosts, nice location in the old part of town, plenty of nearby restaurants and access to heritage buildings, super comfy beds and well appointed bathroom, shared kitchen area, with breakfast included.
It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room such that one can make themself a cup of tea at their leisure.

We chose Ca Tunin over a hotel (nearer to the station) for the mountain view. The walk to and from the station was easy and safe, even late at night. It is in the middle of the old town, with plenty of food places if you arrive before 9pm, a few remained opened till late.
We only stayed one night to catch a train the day after, we slept well on a very comfy bed in a cosy room (feels like someone's house, not a hotel), then in the morning had nice freshly made coffee by the host himself and a great chat with the hosts. There was breakfast but we only wanted coffee so can't comment. We made some hot tea before bed, using the kitchen just outside the room, with ease. Apart from the view, highlight is really the bathroom, better than any we have seen in Italy during this trip, including a three-star hotel, very relaxing to use, with bathtub. New, spacious, modern and truly clean - with mountain view, ha! No lift, as you know, but that did not bother us. Entrance and room's door is opened with a digital card, super safe and easy, just a bit loud (we might have annoyed another couple next door when we arrived late). My wife has sensitive skin so we changed the bedding with extra bedding stored just outside the room, that was of great help. Tips for next guests: there is no reception desk as such, so you'd need to buzz the host (Enrico) who lives downstairs from where you'd sleep, he came down promptly. He was responsive throughout the day, and accommodated our delayed arrival. We would stay here again next time. (oh, the pastisserie by the bridge is brilliant, too). R&R.

Location close to station(10 min walk), lot of eating options as well within a walking distance
Breakfast had multiple options, even for vegetarians. The old man was lovely and took good care of us during breakfast.
The triple room was a bit crammed for 4 people. The room was 3 floors high, so the stairs were an issue for my parents.

We only stayed one night, being in transit. Everything was ok, nice host.
The location is in the old centre, right next to the church. Rustic furnishings, modern bathroom, permanent hot water. No temperature control in the room (it's automatically programmed) but it wasn't cold at all, especially as the duvet is thick.
Breakfast is served from 7:30, buffet, the hostess made us coffee.

Great location near the Bernina express

Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom was excellent. Great location and very quiet. Only a ten minute walk to the train station. Quite a few restaurants around, however it seems lots were closed on Monday and you would need to make a reservation.
The only fault, we would have wished for a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea before bed. Although there was a kitchen with a kettle our hostess gave us the impression she would prefer us not to use it. Otherwise perfect.
I would also say not suitable for people with mobility problems, my husband is in his 70's and I am late 60's we were on the top/3rd floor we didn't have any difficulty but it might have been different if we had lots of luggage not just a backpack!

Amazing host. Doesn't really speak English, but she's so friendly and warm. The rooms are very spacious and everything is very clean and tidy. Loved it!
There's not much really that I didn't like. So here a two little points just to give some critique. First, the entrance was hard to find and it looked closed. Second, in my room were (apart from the usual stuff like a bed, table and closet) two sleeping beds, or something that looks like it. It really made the room look ugly. But hey, it's still perfectly fine!

value for money. Neat and tidy. recommend for short stays with family
the late checkin options should have been a bit more clearer in English. We had to cancel some plans in Milan as we didn’t know if checkin was possible after 9:30pm.

The location was walking distance to the train station, with two restaurants located next door. The building is historical, so not much natural light, however, the windows open out for fresh air. The bathroom was newly renovated, and the room very clean. Although the hosts do not speak much English, and we do not speak Italian, we were able to communicate adequately. They were very kind, and even packed us breakfast to go, as we had a very early morning departure.
