The room felt dirty with the floor and the bedding didn’t seem to be washed.

Basically clean.

Limited parking. Toilet leaked onto the floor. Window opened up to a hallway, not outside.

The value for the cost made this hotel worthwhile. Easy access, clean rooms and a helpful staff make this a budget value.

The only thing I came up with is that the dining options were quite limited.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is only about a 20 minute drive from the beach and a 10 minute drive from downtown !😱

First off, walking into the room was unpleasant due to the fact that it smelled like cigarettes smoke and dampness. The bathroom door didn't close correctly. The parking was very limited , if you parked in the way back you'd have to wait until the others woke up to back up their cars so you could get out.
