Absolutamente todo! Es limpio, prolijo, amplio, bien ubicado, buena relación precio calidad, la amabilidad, 24hs gente en recepción, ofrecen traslados y muchas cosas más.

L’emplacement juste à côté de la gare routière et les lits plutôt confortables.

C’est vraiment bruyant ! Je sais que l’auberge n’est pas responsable de tout mais il n’y a vraiment aucune insonorisation et les gens ne sont pas du tout respectueux… Peut-être que le personnel pourrait demander le silence à partir d’une certaine heure, cela se fait beaucoup ailleurs et c’est plutôt bien respecté.

No me gustó que el baño no tenga un cerramiento correcto, era uno solo para todo la habitación y el desayuno algo flojo. Quién servía el desayuno lo hacía de mala gana.

Great location if you are only spending one night in town as it's just across from the bus station. There's a travel agency on site too (to go visit the glacier etc) and the staff are very good at communicating both via WhatsApp and in person.

Nowhere near town if you need to be in the centre of things. I didn't...

La posizione è molto vicina al bus terminal, motivo per cui l'avevamo scelta

La struttura dispone di una cucina ad uso comune, altri ospiti ne hanno usufruito fino a notte rendendo impossibile dormire. Il bagno non dispone di asciugacapelli, la struttura ne ha uno solo che viene dato a richiesta, per cui abbiamo dovuto attendere che un altro ospite lo restituisse per poterne usufruire. Lo staff insiste molto ad offrire servizi extra (bus navetta, gite ecc.). Insistenza che francamente ci è parsa un po' eccessiva, con vari messaggi whatsapp.

Personnel très gentil

L'hostel était moins bien que ce que j'espérais. Il est situé juste en face de la station de bus donc pratique pour les transports mais un peu excentré. Le personnel est très gentil mais l'ambiance etait super "froide", tu n'as pas envie de te poser dans les canapés, ça sent la cigarette dans les chambres et l'entrée et le petit déj n'avait rien d'exceptionnel.. Bref je ne me suis pas sentie hyper à l'aise et je trouve que l'hostel ne vaut pas du tout un 8,6 😬

La mejor ubicación, el personal es muy amable. El lugar es lindo e instalaciones bien mantenidas. El desayuno es suficiente. La cocina limpia y ordenada.

A única coisa que pode ser favorável é o fato de ser perto da rodoviária

Café da manhã basico e limitado, só limpam o quarto quando você faz o check-out, centro fica 15m porém tem uma ladeira no caminho.

Sobre todo la amabilidad del personal, muy simpáticos y ayudándonos en todo. Al día siguiente que nos fuimos también estaban al pendiente. La verdad que nos sentimos más que cómodos. Era la primera vez que íbamos a un hostal en familia con una niña y fue una hermosa estadía. Una energía muy linda. La habitación era privada con baño. En frente teníamos la cocina. La ducha fue lo mejor de todo! Y el desayuno muy bien también En la habitación había lockers grandes para dejar las cosas y toallas. Volveríamos

Habitaciones y baños muy amplios. Hospedaje con calefacción. Personal muy amable.

El desayuno podría incluir algo más, como alguna pieza de fruta o yogur o jamón/queso.

La ambientación del lugar, su colorido

La mala distribución del mobiliario en la habitación, había un guardarropas en la pared arriba de una cama que cuando te sentabas te golpeaban.

Room was good. Nice bed and shower. Spacious enough for two. Close to bus which is nice. Tip: the mexican restaurant next door is amazing just as the bar right besides it.

Payment with card is +15% which was not mentioned anywhere and we found this ridiculous. Also the breakfast was very poor in our opinion. Two mini croissants which were fine + 3 small biscuits and some jam and cream cheese. Would have loved to see some variety, as easy as toasted bread with cheese or yoghurt ans granola.

Desde a localização que é em frente a rodoviária até o atendimento dos funcionários em especial a recepção do Marcos que é muito gentil. Quarto sempre limpo, café da manhã simples porém, gostoso. Voltarei mais vezes.

Comfortable beds and location was right next to bus stop which was perfect as we had an early bus.

I had a 2 person booking, me and my wife, but when we arrived we were in beds on the opposite sides of the room. We asked to be put in the same bunk, as we were the first people in the dorm to arrive that day, meaning no one else had been allocated a bed. But the staff refused, claiming they couldn’t change the system. We just felt the staff weren’t as helpful as they could have been.

La ubicación del hostal, cerca de la terminal terrestre

No me gustó la atención del personal, personal de limpieza no me dejaba entrar a la cocina cuando ya estaba en el horario para ingresar, me hicieron esperar afuera 20 minutos. Por todo te quieren sacar plata, hasta dejar la maleta un par de horas te cobran.

Bien placé pour prendre le bus et staff sympathique.

Beaucoup trop de bruit (cela était plutôt dû aux autres clients qui cuisinaient à minuit ou 1h00 du matin en criant dans les corridors…). Beaucoup trop chauffé.

On nous a indiqué que c’était moins cher en espèces mais en réalité il faut plutôt dire que c’est le même prix en espèce et plus cher de 10% en carte. Lorsqu’on a montré notre mécontentement on nous a dit d’annuler et de partir ailleurs. Heureusement que Carlos est sympathique et compréhensif c’était bien le seul à ce moment là ! Mon lit était sale (cheveux et poils). Le petit déjeuner est correct mais on a eu mieux. Cerise sur le gâteau on s’est fait voler de l’électronique dans la nuit !

Staff were very helpful

This hostel is right by the bus station which makes it super convenient for various reasons. We came from Ushuaia on the overnight bus, arrived past midnight and were met by the owner at the bus station which was nice. Buses for The glacier also leave from the station. So you are at the right place. Hostel is modern and very clean, breakfast served. Recommended

Hostel lacks social vibe but you only there for 1-2 night so it doesn’t really matter that much.

Location. Literally in front of the bus station. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. Calm and quiet place. I would prefer to stay again. It's worth money with breakfast, too.

I stayed there one night only because I had to take a night bus that was departing at 3 am. This hostel met my needs perfectly. 50m from the bus stop, comfortable bed. Also, they have a breakfast included but I didn’t have a chance to have it as I was leaving in the middle of the night.

Location is brilliant by the bus station- literally opposite the bus station site. approx 20 mins walk to the main part of El Calafate. Clean hostel, comfortable beds. Breakfast simple but good.

Kitchen and Dinner Tables closed at 10pm, even for access to communal fridge. Can be noisy early morning before 7am if you’re near reception.

Right next to the bus station, makes it really convenient for a quick stop over. Clean and modern.

We were made to feel a bit awkward by the staff when using the common areas.

Right by the bus station so perfect for a short overnight stay. Staff very friendly!
