Great for families

The space, having a baby we needed the extra room

The bathroom smelt. Drainage from sewage. Also I requested a cot well in advance, we arrived quite late and with a tired baby, we had to wait for an hour to finally get him settled

Amazing

Wonderful staff . Asked the staff to add balloons and rose petals for my girlfriends birthday . Didn’t think it would get done however , we got to the room everything was done perfectly, was also given couple free drinks and snacks as-well to go with it

A useful apartment with kitchen area.

The room was spacious and the addition of a kitchen area made our stay very agreeable as I have dietary requirements and was therefor able to totally cater for myself.

We like everything about the stay but there could have been more kitchen utensils…ie. There were just 2 pans - one without a lid (so you couldn’t strain water and one huge pan with no lid. A small frying pan would be useful for most peop.e and a colander useful.

It was in a good location, the balcony was good, close to transport ( bus and train). Close to shop for food items.

There was not enough dishes or cutlery. l had to re wash some of the plates and the knives and forks before l could use them. The hotel doesn’t service the rooms daily which is fine but they need to have a bigger bin or more rubbish bags. We stayed for 6 nights and it was not equipped for it. laundry was good but it should come in the price of your stay.

Parking was good and room was nice

A member of staff named Vinesha was very rude to my partner and myself. We had been speaking to her on the telephone when we were in our room and she hung up on my partner. When we asked her about this at check out she laughed in our faces and denied ever having done so. No apology whatsoever, it really tainted the whole stay.

Everything to recommend about this one!

Spacious, exceptional views (9th floor,)secure, modern and well-equipped. A free gym and cheap laundry facility plus food and beverage on site as well as Sainsbury’s local just 50m away are just a few of the property’s attractions. Would definitely recommend- very reasonably priced as well compared with what you get elsewhere (probably beats most.) Can’t fault this one for value.

Crockery not washed properly by previous customers (not the fault of the hotel, but probably should have been checked.) Anyway, only a minor gripe when everything else about the hotel exceeded my expectations (I just washed them myself! So no worries.)

Smart clean aparthotel with great amenities and fantastic staff

Reception staff were wonderful. Really helpful and welcoming, even while they had building work going on around them. Answered the phone immediately when I called in advance. All of them great!

The breakfast could do with vegetables (mushrooms and tomatoes) it was a bit focused on pastries. I would love a squat rack in the gym. Otherwise, everything was great.

all the extra charges you are forced to pay excused as “company policy” the fact it is non refundable advertised at 1 price not mentioning any other costs until you arrive at the hotel, so you are not able to cancel and go elsewhere

Location, service the room Sizes was good.

The place was good and clean good customer service only electricity problem which made the room smell, it scared me coz we had our baby with us unfortunately the staff couldn't move use looks like there familiar with the problem there had to come and turn it back on.but a strong smell of fuse or electricity burn was strong.

The staff were very friendly and professional

The heating did not work The shower gel didn’t come out of the dispenser and the dispenser was broken The main thing that disappoints was the condition I found the oven in on arrival, was not even cleaned or checked. I booked this place so I could cook next time I will just book a hotel because I could not use the cooking facilities due to the condition
