Fabuleux hôtel!

- meilleur emplacement et design d’hôtel selon notre tour de l’île. - décoration et design en bambou et béton brut. Très beau et se confondant avec la nature environnante.

- un peu de bruit des environnants comme partout nous l’imaginons malheureusement.

Séjour magnifique, activité hôtel magnifique cocktails ! Personnel au top hâte d’y retourner

Nous avons adoré l’agencement des chambres ainsi que l’emplacement. Nous avions pu réserver des vélos, l’activité Snorkelling et tout ça d’une simplicité

Le lit qui grince.. dommage car mal isolation des chambres à côté (on entend le moindre pas)

Sublime stay with our whole family

Absolute gem in Canggu. We rented the full property with our family and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. 5 beautiful unique rooms, a lovely pool and service out of this world.

beautiful, comfortable and clean beach hut. excellent staff who were very kind and helpful.

there were a couple of late night parties at the bar which kept us awake. also an item of clothing went missing at the laundry - the staff were apologetic.

Exceptional

My partner and I stayed four nights at Bambu Cottages and absolutely loved it. Everything was made out of bamboo, the cottage and everything in it. Every cottage comes with an outdoor shower and bathroom. It was great to take a private shower surrounded by palm trees - felt so peaceful. The bed was the most comfortable one I had in all of Indonesia. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed right on the beach. We also loved our massage in the spa center of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the service outstanding!

Superb

Amazing location. Probably the best one in the all island, after 2 times check by doing the tour with bicycles. So many fisha 30 m from the beach, easy swimming pool and beach for kids. Very friendly and helpful staff! And last but not least, we loved breakfasts!!!

On Friday skilled staffs are on leave, be careful on the quality of service

Great location deserves a mention, beautiful surroundings and excellent communication. You can see that the staff enjoys their job and guests. we felt taken care of every day.

Amazing staff

Staff was friendly, polite, and flexible as my travel plans evolved.

Everything was great! If I had to pick something I would say that the rooms are relatively close to each other / not isolated which puts you at the mercy of neighbours / other guests’ volume levels.

piece of heaven on earth

friendly personel, amazing outside bathroom and closeness to the beach. it was also excellent experience to have the great snorkeling spot next to the hotel, no need to walk anywhere to see this beauty, viewes were even better than those on the snorkeling boat trip (which of course was also stunning!)

The huts vibes are very cute and the staff are very nice.

Internet connection is very bad, most of the time there's no one in the reception, there was no hot water all the time (the shower was mediocer at best), also the cleaning was very strange...

Good value for money

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and freshly prepared breakfast with smoothies. Great location with a beautiful beach for snorkeling with corals just outside the hotel.

The bed was very loud; it cracked even when just slightly moving. Since there is an outdoor bath, you have to be aware of ants going over your clothes and towels. During the night we heard several times very loud prayers which woke us up every time. Wifi was not working properly.

Great attitude of staff!!!

Only issue at Bamboo Cottage is the low acoustic isolation of the bungalows. Feels like living in one room with the neighbours next door - just like camping 😅

Exceptional

An, Aris were fantastic and the owner Junior was very nice to talk to. I really like the bamboo decor and the rooms were very comfortable especially waking up to sunrise every morning. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great.

Understandably because of COVID the wifi was not functional and some plumbing stuff in the bathroom but small issues.

Bambu Cottages is lovely - I miss it already!

The breakfast is delicious! They have a yummy breadbasket and also granola with yogurt. Good coffee - and the most gorgeous setting on the beach! Good way to start the day.

Thoroughly recommendable. Excellent atmosphere, facilities and fantastic staff attitude and service

The staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The owners are on-site and again extremely friendly and warm, ready to help with any request. The whole venue is very clean and well kept. The soundtrack playing from the cafe was also a really enjoyable bonus. The AC rooms were beautifully styled and the beds were very comfortable. The facilities were great and the location with the beach right in front was perfect! I would definitely stay here again without a doubt! There is a warm, cool vibe to this place. You feel so comfortable.

The breakfast could be better as it’s quite pricey for the quality you receive. It’s more economical to go out for breakfast for better menu variety and value for money. The homemade bread is a lovely touch though and the jam is delicious. The wifi was quite unreliable. I was not able to get a consistent connection- especially in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are extremely hot due to lack of overhead cover. I would suggest adding some more trellising/ extra roofing for the outdoor bathroom as the floor tiles get so hot in the sun they can burn your feet!
