Good location to st Michael’s mount
No food for the evening (Sunday)
Bed very rickety, you only had to move slightly and it creaked.
Breakfast was cold , no hot plates. Coffee was stewed. Dirty tables , no one to clear them . Very basic.

Location, exterior look
Really really weak shower water pressure, it took us all 3 times longer to have a proper shower; we were very disappointed as it’s worst than the shower we had in a campsite

Very little to recommend The Yacht Inn - extremely noisy with music playing loudly in the pub from opening time until late. On the Saturday night there was a live band playing and the floor of our room was shaking it was so loud. The managements answer to this eventuality was to provide two pairs of earplugs in our room! When we complained to the manager she showed no interest at all and said it was the band's last number which it wasn't as they continued to play.
Cutlery and crockery at breakfast was stuck to the table and some items couldn't be moved for fear of breaking them. Fresh fruit at breakfast included extremely over-ripe inedible bananas. Tables in the pub were not cleaned and hadn't had spilt drinks cleaned from them. Fire exit was a blocked by high-chairs. Residents entrance was left open and locals used it to gain access to the pub. Our room was not serviced during a three night stay.

We had booked to stay overnight before catching the ferry to the Scilly Isles. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent evening meal, the room was really clean and comfy so we booked another overnight night stay for when we returned from the Silly Isles.

Excellent location , good breakfast, in house wifi
Rooms are little smaller , also they don't have lift - it can be an issue for elderly people

location was great, right on the sea front and 5 mins walk up to the town
a little dated and in need of restoration but the owner was in the process of working on this.

Breakfast was great and the dog got treated to a bowl of sausages too, much appreciated 😋.
Bedding and towels were nice and clean , good clean bathroom.
Good location, right on the front.
Room very cramped and heating and hot water not on when you want it, it comes on and off at set times.

Location was good over looking the water. I found it inconvenient that parking is not included in the facilities. We left at 9,so we did not pay for parking but still, its not ideal...Room was OK in size, older furniture though.
The walls are thin, and all noise is heard. Quite unpleasant. The earplugs provided with the linnen make sence! For breakfast, yoghurt was not available, we asked for a couple of slices of cheese but was not available. Simple super market bread and jams...And the fact that, for a full English breakfast, the cook said that his boss instructed 1 egg only, is a first for me! At over 120£, to serve 1 egg with the English breakfast...? I did get a second egg by the cook, and I admit it. However, only after I asked for it.

breakfast was ok.
lock in pub until 3am which keep us awake with music playing very loud and then a couple in next room arguing at 4am until 6am trashing the furniture, crying , loudly throwing up and in and out of the room so banging the doors

Location. Food was good,
Heating intermittent, no control over it, end of November but very cold without any heat, especially when it rains, nowhere to dry wet clothing.

Easy to find, Central in Penzance. We were statisfied it was OK for the Money we spend.
The Window ist one classic english one - nice to look at but does not isolate very well. Well the breakfast could have been nicer.

Very convenient for the Scillonian ferry terminal.
We arrived at the end of a very busy weekend, the Golowan festival. Staff were tired, checking in took ages, little help with bags, room above a very noisy disco. We hadn’t been warned for n advance.

expensive for what it was no toiletries
