L’emplacement, les chambres spacieuses, le petit déjeuner très bon, la terrasse qui offre une magnifique vue lors du lever du soleil avec les montgolfières et surtout les lits très confortable!

Good place to stay if you dont mind the animals roaming.

The location can have a good view of air balloons in morning. Room is spacious. Have garden to chill out. Friendly & helpful staff especially Ensar.

The lightning in the room & bathroom is not bright enough. And the bathroom air circulation not too good. Cats & dogs are roaming. The cat can enter the room from window if leave unattended.

Tôi chọn chỗ nghỉ vì chỗ trang trí chụp ảnh ở sân thượng, kể cả khinh khí cầu không bay thì tôi cũng muốn chụp ảnh ở đó. Nhưng khi tôi đến thì không có gì cả. Nhân viên bảo là mùa đông thường sẽ ko bày trang trí ra, kể cả hôm đó trời ko mưa đi nữa. Thêm 1 điều nữa là khoá cửa ngăn cách nhà vệ sinh và phòng ngủ bị hỏng, tôi đã không thể đóng được cửa.

We had a great stay in Cappadocia and were glad we chose Lunar Cappadocia for our family of 5.

It was clean, spacious and had nice facilities including a rooftop to view the hot air balloons and drink coffee.

Nothing it was great. The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Not worth the high fee

This hotel wants to be a 4 or 5 star and with a few improvements it could be but as it stands now you are paying a premium price for 3 star amenities. The grounds of the hotel are very nice although management should consider replacing the front lawn with a pool. The breakfast is exceptional and the room is a decent size. The location for viewing the balloons in the morning is very good and their viewing terrace is lovely. Finally, the staff are very well trained and are kind, attentive and extremely helpful.

No Air Conditioning No fan No restaurant Balconies and patios are not screened to be private Bathroom needs revision and was irritating There is no shower door in the bathroom, just a huge opening in which there is no way to prevent water from flooding out onto the floor in the main part of the bathroom. Putting down a bath mat results in a sopping wet mat and even with that the floor surface becomes a treacherous place to navigate as it is made from large slabs of polished stone tile which becomes a slick ice skating rink when wet. Adding to that design flaw is the choice of cheap fixtures- the one faux metal towel rack had all of it’s tiny hooks snapped off, I presume from the weight of previous guests towels. The shower knob needed Goliath strength to change from tap to shower. The tub which we used once to cool down - remember there is no AC in the room - was non functional on the second day as we found the drain mechanism which worked perfectly the day before, now un-operational, so we were unable to plug the drain in order to fill the tub. Toilet roll holder was broken, one of the bed side lights was also broken -a new light bulb did not fix the problem. I went to use the hair dryer and the back fell off Fridge is barely cool, but at least cooler than the room. The complimentary soaps were run of the mill editions. If a hotel chooses not to have air conditioning they should at least provide fans in the rooms. Although there is a very good breakfast provided, there is no restaurant on site or food provided at any other time of day. There is a small bar at the terrace but they also have no food and they price gouge their guests on drinks- 800try or 30 euro (at time of writing) for 4 beer ?! A bottle of the beer we ordered costs 50try in the grocery store so their cost is 200try (7 euros) for four beer. I understand charging double but 4 times is unacceptable especially as the bar is only provided for the use of hotel guests and not open to the general public

Superb

Beautiful property tastefully decorated. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Good location for watching the Hot air balloons.

Rooms were a little dark. Had to use a torch to put on make up 😂.

Excellent unique hotel

Excellent breakfast with a lot of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Helped us book all our tours. Rooms are a very good size and comfortable. Unique to stay in a cave! Has a nice bar on the roof with a Terrance overlooking the town!

There is no restaurant facility at the hotel so no dinner available on site. However the owners do help with ordering food from local restaurants. The hotel is not in the centre of the town but is only a 10 min walk away.

Fell in love with this hotel!

We had great time in Lunar Cappadocia hotel. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to our receptionist ! And if course, difficult not to mention, stunning view and beautiful room.

Stunning Setting and Accommodation

Review Stayed as a couple. Our room was beautiful and spacious and it was quiet and clean. It was like being in a lovely cave. Breakfast was exceptional with wide range of options to suit all tastes. The location was fabulous, offering amazing views and proximity to great restaurant options/positioned walking distance to major attractions and set amongst quaint streets. Staff were very helpful in arranging tours and offering recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options. They were friendly and spoke very good English. Eda was exceptional with her efforts to assist us in arranging transport and tours, and Nurana was a wonderful breakfast host. Lovely gardens. We would definitely stay here again

Exceptional

The staff were so nice and helpful with booking our hot air balloon ride and ATV tour, the room and hotel grounds were absolutely gorgeous and an easy walk to most places in Goreme. Free parking right outside. And AMAZING breakfast!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, rich breakfast, convenient parking lot, nice view, authentic design.

Breakfast was reach enough, except coffee. Polite and friendly staff, clean, comfortable and warm room with a huge bathtub. Our room had a balcony, though it was more like porch - very pleasant place to drink Kappadokian wine at the evening with a great view. Also there was a terrace on the roof view point (though seamed to be closed). Unfortunately we didn't manage to watch the ballons as flights we canceled. The cutest thing was a whole cake that hotel granted me on my birthday.

About half of breakfast offerings that I didn't like and coffee wasn't strong (but it was possible to order turkish coffee). But still breakfast was very reach, so it could meet different tastes!
