Overall, our stay was pleasant.

The breakfast was very nice - good selection with friendly staff.

The wi-fi wasn’t very good. We would connect & within a few minutes be disconnected. We couldn’t figure out how to work the cable TV.

a comfortable stay

the rooms are very nice and so spacious! the gardens are well kept and the location is fairly central, right on the beach and close to heaps of restaurants. the owners helped organise us a van to our next location too! :)

our only issue we found was that the shower was broken and the water was cold with bad water pressure

Vraiment apaisant, au calme. Petit chalet hyper intimiste avec tout le confort à l’intérieur. Propose navette et scooter à l’accueil

Nous sommes en baisse saison donc beaucoup de restaurants de plage à proximité fermer ou à l’abandon..

Great value for a quiet oasis in southern Thailand

Booked out of season on Ko Lanta as wanted somewhere peaceful and quiet to relax. The bungalows are large and airy and were kept clean. They sit within beautiful manicured gardens and it was incredibly quiet on a night. Bed was comfortable. Owners were very helpful, giving us mosquito coils to clear our room and renting us scooters. The beach was a minute walk down the lane and was very quiet. Scooter rental is highly recommended on the island and it's quiet enough on the roads for first time riders.

The wifi was very poor in reaching the bungalows from reception. If you have a Thai SIM this is not an issue. Mosquitos were aggressive at reception, however this is down to it being the wet season. TV didn't work in the room however this was not a big issue.

Enjoyable but you need own transport to explore.

Nice garden. Spacious bungalows. Helpful staff. Scooter rental. Laundry service.

Low season so the place was deserted and the restaurant was not open. We had paid a high season price including breakfast ( which wasn’t available at this time of year) so had to negotiate a bit. Some issues with water and lights were fixed on second day.

Relaxed stay in beautiful surroundings on Koh Lanta

Very relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by nature and close to the beach.

Bathroom sink plug hole was continuously blocked. Low water pressure in the shower.

Spacious bungalows with a beautiful garden 2 min walk from the beach - great value for money!

If you don't want to splurge on fancy hotels and still enjoy Ko Lanta to the fullest - this is the right place for you! The Bungalows are very spacious and tidy with a beautiful view to the gardens. The location is right at the beginning of the Long Beach, so it's pretty quiet which makes it perfect for a chill vacation. The restaurant/bar Sayang is also very chill with really good food. The owners were super nice and attentive to all our needs. There are a few very cute and friendly cats living on property (the real managers of the place :D) - it's great to see that they are so well cared for, we loved them! We really enjoyed our stay :)

The furniture and the bungalows themselves are a bit run down and the bathroom door in our place needed fixing (in retrospect we probably could have asked the managers to fix it, but it wasn't a big problem for us). But these are all really minor things that didn't bother us too much :)

Thick pillows. Shower water pressure poor. Bathroom dated abd could do with a deep clean. Mosquitos in room( net is provided though). Faux leather sofa that you stick to when hot

Superb

We stayed for a week. Beautiful garden and nice spacious cottage with comfortable beds and pillows.. We loved the location 5 minutes by foot to Long Beach where there are many restaurants, and 3 minutes per bike to Klong Dao beech where we were running and swimming in the mornings. You can directly book scooter from the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The shower pressure was quite low and the sink tended to smell sometimes.

The bungalows are really great and we loved the location. It is super close to the famous Long Beach, but feels very intimate and private. We really loved the tropical garden in the center - it was a fantastic view at breakfast. The staff is helpful. We forgot some things at the hotel and they went through the trouble of sending it to us to Bangkok, which we appreciated.

The breakfast was good but mostly cold. However, there are many very good restaurants nearby.

lovely property, so quiet and yet close to the beach. on the north side of long beach, many restaurants nearby. staff is very friendly and helpful. room is comfortable and very clean.

the description of our room said the bed was king size, but it’s rather queen size (about 1.50m) in international standards

Beautiful place and great value!

The resort is so cute! Very well maintained, the grounds are beautiful and the area is so peaceful. So close to the beach the location is great. Breakfast was very nice.

Overall great value for the price, nearby to 2-3 restaurants, 5 min walk to the beach. owner helped me book boat tours to the nearby islands, and there were some nice cats hanging out too!

Cute bungalow but not the best location for off season stay

The bungalow was really cute and the garden surrounding it were very beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of space.

The staff was not the most polite at check-in and didn't give me the wifi password or help me with my luggage. The bathroom needs improvement and had ants. As it was off season the condition of the beaches were not the best and there was no pool on the premises so it was a bit disappointing.

Spacious room with a big bathroom. Very clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. Located in a quiet area without any party locations nearby. A not even 5 minute walk from the beach.

The bed was not too comfortable. Pretty hard mattress.

Pleasant

The small huts are very cute (the interior could use some upgrades/renovations). The staff was very helpful.

Better prices could be found for laundry and transfer to next location when looking outside the resort. When removing the key, the electricity turned off (which is common). However, even the fridge turned off leading to an unpleasant smell. In the end we did not use it for this reason. The A/C was very loud. Only thin, French blankets, not very cozy.

I recommend the Rasa Sayang

The location is perfect, it is basically on one of the better beaches with great sunsets, and very near the pier and other beaches too. They can rent motorbikes at a reasonable price and the room was very clean. It is a harder mattress type but not uncomfortable, we like certain hard mattresses and this one was comfortable. The Muslim family managing the place were very kind and friendly. The grounds are a very nice garden and pleasant place to be.

The electricity is powered by the room key which is fine, but the refrigerator was also connected to the key meaning it would not cool beverages while you were gone.

Nice place to stay...but has room for improvement

Very close to the beach. The room is very spacious. The breakfast is simple but very good. The staff from the breakfast service are very nice and polite. The gardens are beautifully maintained.

Our bungalow was very close to the road that leads the beach and so we listen the noise of motorbikes and cars at late night. The music from the party’s around doesn’t let us sleep. The bathroom needs maintenance, poor WiFi, only thailand channel on tv.
