Good location, clean apartment and nice view

Communication with the contact person was very bad. I asked for a parking which comes with the property, did not get any response and when we came to the building reception (where the key’s supposed to be), they were not there and the contact person did not reply at all. We were lucky that after 20 min we tried to check mail box and even more lucky that I could reach the keys which were in a locked mail box. Otherwise we would end up without accommodation which we paid for

The description does not say that it is necessary to pay the cost of the deposit with an additional payment

Superb Location! near Tram line which will take you to the city center for just 3 Stations.

Conveniently located close to the highway, in the south of Bratislava in a new building. There is a garage for a reasonable fee so you don't have to worry about finding a park lot. Around the corner there is a supermarket and a tram that gets you to the center in no time. Within 20 minutes walking there is a modern shopping center that offers numerous restaurants and shops. The apartment is rather small but has everything you need, plus a balcony with a great view. Bed was comfy, although the duvet was quite short. Otherwise this place has all you might want for a city trip or an overnight stay.

Unfortunately, communication was sub standard. Had to send reminders for my requests all the time. I then had to send two more reminders and wait two more weeks to finally get the deposit back they were asking. In privately owned accomodations you are lost without quick communication with the host, and this did not work properly. Maybe just bad luck on my side, but it spoiled the whole experience for me a bit.

Check-in and check-out per "Alfred" is extremly annoying. Communication with the host could be better.

The apartment has a wonderful view, AC, electric blinds, comfortable bed. Thr building seems safe, there is a playground available. There is a Tesco nearby. The tram stop is close to the building, and the commute to the center is short. The apartment looks the same as in the photos, except for the view of Skypark - that you will not see.

Some of the dishes were not exactly clean. The table on the balcony was greasy from the bottom, not cleaned properly. The towels and tea towels had a odour that was a bit off. There is a train track as well as a speedway in the vicinity, and it gets pretty noisy at night. Do not recommend for those who sleep lightly with their windows open. You have to pay a 50 EUR deposit up front via a third party (not booking.com), which, to me, seems suspicious. I got the instructions for check-in and payment on Wednesday in the evening upon my own inquiry regarding arrival on Friday, not automatically, so I had to deal with all this at the last minute.
