The location is really great if you want to stay in downtown. But for vacation, I would recommend staying in the Bella Vista or Lastarria (my favorite is Lastarria) neighborhoods. Way more pleasant for holidays. Property owner communication and his client orientation is also amazing thing. Quickly and reasonably. The only thing is that Felipe speaks Spanish, so if you don't please be a bit more patient. The apartment is not new, but clean and tidy. It is really good for a single traveler or a couple for a budget trip. Great view from 25th floor.

The building and apartment look a bit old and tired, but again it is a question of price and expectations. It is secure, clean, and tidy. No street noise at all.

It’s a great price and has all the basics that you need.

It’s a dangerous area at night. There are always 4-5 guards at the entrance in bulletproof vests. Would recommend staying in another area.

Close to everything and very very nice and reasonable. Very good communication and response. Washer and dryer access was a huge bonus!

There is nothing bad I can say about this. Only thing was the pool was never open.

Host (Felipe) was extremely well educated and friendly person. He helped us with driving to/from airport, provide useful info about city and property location. H e made all efforts to make our stay in his apartments very pleasant.
