What's nearby: This two-level home sits one mile north of the Village at Sunriver, nestled among the evergreens and adjacent to the resort's bike path (two adult-size cruisers are even provided). You'll find indoor/outdoor pools and a tubing hill at SHARC half a mile south. The tennis courts at Fort Rock Park are half a mile northwest, the slopes of Mt. Bachelor await 22 miles northwest, and you'll have your pick of the Woodlands and Meadows Golf Courses two miles north and south, respectively. Needs a deep clean, needs electrical plugs updated or repaired, needs A/C or more fans offered..Our little 1 is learning to walk but is also crawling around, the top of his feet, his knees and hands were filthy..Hardwood is pretty, but still needs cleaned, maybe shampoo the carpets they have on the floors..Loved, loved the kitchen table, bench and coffee table though..

Loved the coziness of this cabin. The hot tub out in the trees was a relaxing end of our day. The fans were great to cool the house @ night. Great location on the bike paths and short walk to coffee @ The Village. Appreciated the passes for the boat launch for easy access with our paddle boards and kayak. Wonderful!

I saw in the years past reviews of this home there were some mentions of uncomfortable outdated mattresses. I thought to myself, that’s embarrassing for a place that’s supposed to be all about rest and relaxation, surely they have fixed the problem by now. Nope. Our family got terrible sleep and went away sore and very tired. Not the getaway we had hoped for. Definitely will take those reviews more seriously now as I feel like we wasted our money. The rest of the house was outdated but fine.

We have rented this cabin 3 times now & it just gets better! The privacy, and rustic feel of this place makes you feel at home. We will be back soon!! 5 Stars!

This place is a mixed bag. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and we were able to cook to our hearts content with the well stocked kitchen… lots of baking dishes, pans, waffle maker, etc…
And the hot tub was delightful… no privacy fencing but neighbors are far enough away so it didn’t matter.
What did matter was the number of freight trains that ran behind the property. Tracks were close - 30 yards away maybe? It was cool the first couple of times but they came through 10 times a day.
Stars were beautiful though and we were so very happy with the wood stove, proper television and walking paths! I’d go again if the fees weren’t so high on top of the standard rate.

Cute, quaint little place in Sunriver. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved that the SHARC passes were included. Bunk beds were helpful with kids. Enjoyed the hot tub, riding bikes and cooking in the open kitchen. First time in Sunriver and using Vacasa. The view in the back is right next to the railroad tracks. Trains were loud, would have been nice to know ahead of time. Beds were very uncomfortable, so much so that some members of our group chose to sleep on the couches. We loved that we could bring our fur baby too! There was a lot of dog hair on the comforters and rug from previous guests. The hot water does not last long, especially if you are running the washing machine or dish washer. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The home is comfortable and well appointed with the exception of terrible pots- all with loose handles or other dangers - and a front door knob that sticks and cannot be opened by kids or arthritic adults. The management was apparently on vacation during our stay, as we had multiple issues (ex they never sent the code to get in, no bikes, no propane for the grill) on total, spent over an hour and a half on hold at different times trying to reach someone for these various issues. The first two were reluctantly and rudely resolved, by the time we got to the propane issues they simply never answered the phone and never returned our messages. We gave up calling at that point. The home owner may want to renegotiate their contract with management. I wouldn't say here again with Vacasa in charge even if it was free.

Plenty of room to spread out for our family of 4. The location was great, we were able to walk to the village, SHARC and the basketball court at the park. We also enjoyed using the hot tub, especially when it snowed!
There were a few minor flaws , that I would expect with any older home , but they didn’t impact our stay.

Overall, this house was nice enough. We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to walk to Sunriver Village. However, some of the things in the house were broken or in horrible condition. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and fell out of the dishwasher at one point, the only big frying pan had cracks and scrapes in the teflon so we couldn't use it, and we had to buy ice from the store because ice trays in the freezer never actually froze (even though they were in there all weekend). Our group takes a trip to Sunriver annually and won't be staying at this property again.

This was a great place for our family of 4 with plenty of space and everything we needed. The location was close to the SHARC, the Village and the park, we biked everywhere. 4 stars only because we were right next to the train track, which was fun to see during the day but not at 3am.

We loved this place. Great layout and wonderful location close to the SHARC and the village. The only downside was we couldn’t use the Cove pool since this isn’t a property rented through Sunriver and the pool that there were passes to in the house was closed, I assume due to covid.

I loved Sunriver and all the trails that go throughout the development. Every morning you can enjoy a run, bike ride or just walking throughout the development. I felt very safe in this area and the people are extremely helpful and friendly.
Not to mention you have passes to the waterpark that is close by, we got to enjoy an afternoon there and everyone had a blast (go early, cause it fills up quick). If we didn't have those passes, it would have costs us $80 for the day. A nice benefit with the rental.
The home is well stocked with everything you need. I appreciated having a washer/dryer in the home and the shower pressure was amazing! We had a little issue with the Wi-fi but one call to Vacasa and Aaron arrived within 15 minutes of our call and fixed it right away. We were so appreciative of the prompt service.
The place was perfect for the 4 of us and 2 boxers, may be tight with 8 people. The train was a non-issue and kind of fun to see/hear throughout our stay.
One suggestion would be to change out the queen bed down stairs. The mattress has done its time and needs to be replaced. But other than that, it was all good.

Great little place. Kitchen remodel was nice . A few windows were hard to open/close since no AC in house. The rest is a little outdated, but functional and comfortable. The jacuzzi was fantastic!
