I WAS RIPPED OFF

The seaplane was in walking distance

I stayed here in Nov 2023 and this place went down hill fast. My rooms luggage rack and toilet paper holder were broken. They sent me to security to fill out a form 5 minutes into my arrival. The hallways were filthy. Stuff all over the carpets. Food was gross and way over priced for poor quality. My room price on Booking went from $2200 to $2900. After checkout it was $3200!! All taxes and miscellaneous charges they hit you with. Never staying here again. VERY SAD DECLINE

Great experience especially if you like to explore

I liked the access to the trolley anytime of the day and shuttle access to and from the port

I didn’t like that it was not all inclusive. For the price to be so much and still have to pay so much for meals were a bit too much.

I think you have no choice in Bimini, if you want to stay in a hotel and be comfortable. It was OK.

Bel hôtel avec chambres agréable mais déjà vieillissant avec un service très inégal

Bel hôtel, chambres très agréables avec belle salle de bain. Vue sur mer magnifique. Accès à la plage 360 avec ses belles piscines extérieur et son ambiance spring break très sympathique.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix (en Europe dans cette catégorie de prix on s’attend à de meilleures prestations). Personnel d’accueil peu agréable et mal qualifié (on nous informe de la possibilité de faire du change au casino alors qu’il n’en est rien, chambre non disponible à notre arrivée et aucune boisson ne nous est proposée pour patienter…). Dans les restaurants, service très inégal avec serveurs très chaleureux d’un côté et d’autres qui offrent un service des plus minimalistes… Salle de sport désuète à refaire entièrement. Spa très cher. Seul un hamam (non fonctionnel lors de notre soin) fait parti des infrastructures proposées (absence de bain bouillonnant, sauna ni douche sensorielle…)

In general, our stay were pretty good. Except the pool at the property. (Badly maintained) that area need management

The property in general was pretty good.

The pool at the property was not properly maintained. The water was badly maintained. I wasn’t clear. In some areas you can see dirty and green. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy this area in the hotel.

Good but could have been better.

Location, cleanliness, food.

Check in wasn't ready at four, we had to wait until 6pm. Slow service in restaurants. Part of the staff was not friendly or nice, with the exception of the person that checked us in, the bell boy, the main restaurant hostess, and a hall cleaning young man that was the nicest and always said hi with a smile on his face. The others seemed uncomfortable and serious all the time.

Great time despite problems I would have left early for had there been other options.

Location is beautiful, pools are nice, beach club is great (except for the music).

Service was terrible, everything was a little broken everywhere, got food poisoning, and the room's bathrooms are not conducive for sharing with kids — all the bathroom walls are glass.

Not worth the price

Perfect location

Breakfast is not included and is very expensive. There isn’t water cleaning station in the front of the hotel therefore if you’re coming from the beach you have to walk to the back of the hotel to clean off sand. The resort beach was closed during our stay therefore we were unable to take advantage of all that was included. We were not aware of this when booking. There is no water in rooms which would be expected considering how pricey this hotel was.

Bimini as an island used to be a nice escape with beautiful beaches and a nice Hilton Hotel

Unfortunately, 1.5yrs ago the beach was bought out by Virgin Atlantic, which means on certain days of the week the beach is closed for hotel guests. Of course, being the main attraction and reason for visiting the Hilton, me and my family were shocked to hear. No one ever told us, not during the call I made before booking, or during the check in process, or even when we took the free shuttle to reach the beach. They dropped us there and then we were bounced back to the hotel. Additionally, we found some of the property staff to be quite rude. Overall, for the price paid vs the experience, we would not recommend it.

We came and explored the entire island, nothing entices us to ever make a return trip.

Pool water could have been warmer. At the room price, coffee and water should have been complimentary. Food and beverage prices very high.

Except for the beach issue, a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property on the water.

The fact that we couldn’t use Paradise Beach because of the cruises using it even though we were a Resort Worlds guest as well for $25 a day. The beach we could use had a bulldozer working stirring up rock that was hard to walk on.

next time would like to stay in a room that has pool access - last two times room was a long walk.

comfortable and clean !

The staff is pretty rude ( front desk) , they have a lack of training and communication skills . A lot issues with overcharging credit cards ..and delaying to fix the problem.
