- The hotel is near the pier; you can easily walk from the ferry to the hotel.
- There are quite a few places around the hotel where you can book snorkeling or diving tours.
- There are also several bike rental spots near the hotel.
- The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral (für diejenigen mit leichtem Schlaf ggf. weniger geeignet, da direkt an einer der Hauptstraßen in Mae Haad).
Das Zimmer (3) ist sehr groß mit einem kleinem Couch Bereich. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und es gab genug Ablageflächen.
Die Matratze des Bettes ist etwas durchgelegen und es gab leider keine vorgesehene Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen (wir haben improvisiert, was dann auch funktioniert hat).
Die Lautstärke der Straße sehen wir nicht als negativ Punkt, da in der Buchung und in den anderen Bewertungen auch darauf hingewiesen wird.

It was in the PERFECT location near all the restaurants and cafes. And I stayed at 50 hotels and this has the comfortiest bed!!

The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable. Facilities were great and exactly what we needed! The restaurant was also really good!

Good option to stay in Koh Tao. Spacious accommodation (we stayed in the studio). Close proximity to the pier.
Minor issue - The bathroom sink did not work. We did have another sink just outside the bedroom so this wasn’t a huge problem.

This place is wonderful! Clean, comfortable rooms with great beds. Perfect central location right by the ferry pier as well as Master Divers whom I dove with. And best of all: incredible staff who made me feel so taken care of. It felt like coming home to family every day.
The restaurant has the best Thai food around and the massages and manicures available at the Infinity spa across the street were just icing on the cake.
My only suggestion is maybe a little less grey decor. Would be even better with some more brightness in the rooms.

Big room, strong aircon, big comfortable bed. Wet room with adjustable shower temperature via flow heater. Overall really good value for money.
Would be great if also the studios could get a small divider / wall between toilet and shower.

The location was very good, very close to the pier and Sairee beach. The staff was very kind and helpful, they were always attentive, friendly and available to solve any questions and issues.

Great location near restaurants and the pier so you don’t have to walk far when you arrive. the restaurant serves delicious food at a good price and was very popular with non guests too, the room for very private and had everything you need.
The aircon was a little weak but not a big issue.

Exceptional staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Their restaurant was superb with delicious food. Helped us with washing our clothes, letting us sit back and relax. The room was in such a great condition with the comfiest bed in all of the gulf of Thailand.

I stayed there for one night, it was quiet, clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked great, and in general it was a good experience. It's really close to the pier, very nice if you come form the ferry or are going to take it. For the price it's a good deal.
The room was kind of small and the Tv was very tiny, can't hardly see it from the bed.

The bed was very comfortable and the fan and air conditioning kept the room very cooled.
The bathroom was very dark and gloomy. I think the bed had bed bugs as I’ve been bitten all over my body so that is not good and I am not happy about that.

lovely room and people! Perfect location for being next to restaurants, diving schools, bars and more. The staff were also so nice and helpful, helping us with any needs we had.
The room itself is nicely decorated with a comfy bed.

The room itself was nice, clean, newly renovated. the location is good, very close to the pier. Convenient if you need to catch the ferry. The shower was broken, all the water drained out from the line so it took me so long to finish my shower. The hotel seems to be stingy about shower gel and shampoo also, they gave me a tiny bottle of shower gel to use for 3 days never filled up and 2 sachets of shampoo. So if you want to stay here you better bring yourself soap and shampoo.

- Very close to the port. Just a few minutes walking after arriving at the island and we were there.
- Many restaurants, bike rentals and shops nearby
- Fast laundry service. We got our things dry and clean next day
- At the same building there is also a nice massage place.
- Lack of English knowledge of the reception people. Every time that we needed to ask something, we had to wait till they bring someone who could understand us.
- The property is exactly on the main road heading towards the port. Some nights we had a noise coming from the cars passing at 6am, so our sleep had some problems.
- The bathroom is a bit outdated. Especially the door and the sink.

The location is in the middle where it all happens. The room is clean an a very soft and comfortable bed.
All the wallet outlets where broken and on the wrong place. The plug felt out.
