Great location. Lovely and clean apartment.

The property was immaculately clean, well presented and equipped and it is in the ideal location for access to everything in Fremantle and around the area. Linda, the host, could not have been more helpful and friendly from pre-booking through to completion of my stay. I will have no hesitation in using this property (or others in the Fremantle Executive Apartments portfolio) on future visits to Fremantle. Parking, although tight, was very handy and convenient and the residents of the building were friendly and welcoming. Great coffee in a hole in the wall right next door at "Ghetto Blaster". Incredible restaurants and cafe's literally within a stones throw from the apartment, particularly "Strange Company”; “Moore and Moore”, “Sana”, “Bread in Common”.
I can’t say that there was anything that I didn’t like about this property. I was initially a little surprised that it has no outlook at all, other than a wall and rooftop, but that is the nature of the “warehouse” apartments and buildings in this historic location and it did not detract from my stay.

They have everything we need for an apartment. safe parking and walking distance to many eating restaurants. Owner was contactable to help assist us with the heater issue.
Not sure why there is always water dripping from upstair.
The bathtub drain was rusty. Need a better absorption mop to clean the toilet floor.

The location was excellent, could walk to most places. room was lovely
There was very little noice privacy from neighbours and we were on the shaded side of the property. Would have loved a bigger shower head.

Great location within the Fremantle CBD so easy walking to various eating establishments. Secure parking under the building which was ideal for my motorbike. Kitchen well appointed for longer stay guests.Comfortable lounge dining area. Beautiful hot shower and extremely comfortable double bed.
Thought the price was a bit high, but the 1.9% debit card fee was outrageous. The function centre next door was extremely loud 1 evening and occupants on the floors and balconies above got quite noisy on a few occasions over the week I was staying there.

The property was wonderful and great value for the price. It was located right in the center of town and very convenient. The place was large, clean and everything worked well. It was easy to get the keys and communication was clear.
There was nothing. It was all great

As advertised, a well-equipped and spacious 2BR apartment. Very private, yet right in the heart of Fremantle, a short walk from the waterfront, restaurants, bars, and the train station. Lots of street parking, if needed. Quiet, secure, and well-maintained building.
While there are two small balconies, one with a BBQ, these offer no outlook, being surrounded by rooftops and walls. Since one balcony is right above the courtyard of an adjacent beer garden, there was noise through the Friday evening. An occasional irritant was loud TV noise and voices from the apartment across the hall. This could perhaps be mitigated by stopping the gap under the apartment's front door with some rubber flashing.

Very well appointed and comfortable apartment. Quiet location and accessible to all of the attractions in Fremantle. Highly recommended.
A few issues with maintenance however these were addressed promptly and efficiently by the property staff. We had a very cold snap of weather and had to use doonas stored without any covers. Attention to season change and proper bed covers needed.

Location.

great location and full kitchen
The bed arrangement didn’t suit a family with only two double beds. Children do not share a double. So while the accommodation was lovely I would not recommend for families.
