swimming pool was OK but no service as it was before. No towel available, couple of broken deckchairs, it seems that swimming pool was abandonned. It's a pity !

Swimming pool and chairs around need some work.

Rooms are quite poor, carpets old and dirty Upon check-in, I asked the cashier to hold the deposit from my credit card, and charge it upon check-out, so to charge the exact amount. He refused, he said that the policy of the hotel is to receive advanced payment. They don't honor American Express, only Master-Visa. When I checked-in, the floor before my room was full of vomit. I called and they receptionist came promptly to clean. But it was anyway a disgusting experience. There's a gym at the 12th floor, but some machines are broken and not working.

Really nice pool, sauna, steam room and gym. We got a room upgrade and it was huge, clean and very comfortable with a big bathtub!

They seem to be slowly reopening after Covid so are a little understaffed. You can not buy any drinks at the hotel so need to buy outside if you want anything by the pool.

Location was perfect; convenient yet not too close to the center so it was not crowded nor noisy. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores, ATMs, and etc around the hotel. Staffs were very nice; accommodated every requests of mine. They even upgraded my room. The room was on 10th floor, clean & spacious and had big windows with a very nice view.

I wish the AC in my room had quiet or sleep mode for the night.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Rooms and facility were clean and was in a very nice area and close restaurants.

Nice but very loud area. Construction across the street and at night, there is a coffee shop that has live music every night. If you are a light or early sleeper, plan to bring ear plugs.

Tv out of service, ac weak, bugs in the bathroom... No breakfast or even coffee service when there is a bar and coffee machine....

The rooms were clean and staff were helpful.

Some of the food served for breakfast weren't freshly cooked. (i.e fried rice)
