Large house on a big plot with a swimming pool in the back garden . Great central location, it’s fully air conditioned and Gino the owner, who lives in a house behind this one, was very attentive.

The double bed was very uncomfortable and I wrongly assumed that the home came with a washing machine. This has to be rented for a minimum of 7 days so wasn’t ideal.

We liked that Gino, the host, was awaiting us to explain about the house, hand over the keys. Very trustful and helpful, friendly host. Reliable and accessible. Cold drinks and fruit in the refridgerator. Nice domain, very quiet and a lot of privacy! Authentic house, nice ambience! Swimming pool is not that deep (75 cm) , but more than enough and rather safe for a small family with young children. Outside shower is also nice!µ Fresh pastries brought by Gino every morning!

Authentic furniture is nice, but sometimes not so handy for very tall people :)

The host was there to greet us when we arrived at around 2330. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, milk, drinking water, fruit, fruit juices and cakes. The setting and facilities were wonderful. My only regret is that we didn’t have time to make more use of them! Gino, the host, took very good care of us throughout. Although he doesn’t speak English, we were able to communicate via a translation app on his phone and also answered questions via email in advance of our arrival. On our final morning, he brought over some delicious breakfast pastries.

Because we arrived late at night [as opposed to mid-afternoon as requested by the property owners], we wanted to go straight to bed. However, we weren’t able to work out where the bedding was. As a result, we had only duvet covers to sleep under. It was only the following morning when we found the duvets themselves.
