The location where the home is situated is private, absolutely calm and breathtaking beautiful, not only because of the incredible view on the blue lagoon and sea, but also because of the plants, flowers and trees surrounding the area. There are different levels in the house and outside the house. We spend most time outside on the different terraces which are quite spacious. One part is entirely covered, with a large table and chairs. The other part is a lounge area with a barbecue, outdoor shower, washing corner. On the upper deck there are chairs for sunbathing. From this roof you got the best views on the ocean. In the direct neighborhood of the house there is a supermarket with fresh food and all things needed for breakfast. In the Stintino area the sea has great waves in one part. We had much fun there. In the house there is everything you need. We appreciated the two refrigerators, the different bathrooms and washingmachine as well! We definitely will come back here!

We would have loved to stay longer!! It was our first visit to Sardegna and we did not know about the beauty of this place and Stintino beach and sea. The house is only some minutes walking from the lagoon, so we could leave our car under our private carport,, covered against the heat of the sun.

Great hosts, very welcoming, reactive and just customer-friendly. Stunning views of the Mediterranean. It’s about 10-15 minutes walking distance to nearby beaches. Avoid taking a car, you will not find any parking slots anyway. They also offer a great day excursion by boat, which I can highly recommend.

Just a few minor details: having real plates instead of plastics would have been nice for preparing meals. The sun umbrella appears to be a bit instable, yet, it’s important as sun exposure can be high.

The space, the view, the ambience... delighted! One could choose from 6 different places to sit for a meal! Gas ckking, but outside even a barbeque is possble. The parking is shaded. The host is delightful and communicates well.

It is not beachfront. Some aspects need renovation or repair (this was communicated)
