New and spacious apartment, parking in the underground kept the car cool despite summer heat. The host is living on the spot, so she was nearly always available to offer any help needed. It was not close to center, so it was quite quiet at night.

The apartment is quite high over sea level (you go about 80m up during a 800m-walk), so walking to and from the beach is not recommended if You have health problems or small kids - then better use car on everyday basis.

The apartment was very close to the centre and easy can find everything around, markets, bars, clubs shops everything, it was a great choice for me.

The apartment has an amazing view from the balcony, the room was clean, spacious, well equipped, the hosts were very helpful, kind and what's more it values for money. Recommended.

Additional utensils would be a plus. Big slope at the end of the street but the owners proposed a free lift by car.

Everything was great. The apartments are new, well equipped and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hosts were very nice, just adorable. The Albanian breakfast tasty and fresh. I would definitely come back. Fully recommended.

We stayed for a weekend at the beautiful Residence Martin. What can I say, everything was perfect! Lola is one of the most amazing and welcoming hosts I have ever come across! The hospitality was unmatched, really makes you feel like youre at home. The apartment was so so clean and amazing, the bed was REALLY comfortable, there were extra blankets, extra pillows, air-conditioner, the wifi was really fast, complimentary breakfast and coffees, a garage spot for your car, an elevator, your own private balcony, basically everything an apartment should have! The view from the apartment is even better than the pictures, you can see Vlora from a very picturesque view. 11/10 would recommend to others and we are definitely coming back again

Residence Martin is one of the best apartments in the Valona. The view from the balcony was the highlight of our staying. The room was nicely furnished and very clean but the best of all, the owner Eleonora and her family, expecally her sons Martin and Gary is nicest and kindest people, very helpful in any situation. My recomadations to everyone for the Residence Martin !
