We arrived at the hotel at 19:50 after a long tiring drive only to be told by a non-English speaker that the bar closed at 19:30. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We have stayed at the hotel a few times previously when it was owned by the Ballantyne Group and never had cause to complain, however we will not stay at a Brit Hotel again.

Too far away from city centre, but ok.

It was very bad. The room was not very clean. No pillow cases on the yellow stained pillows. Terrible value for money.
