Before the trip: For some reason we got emails from the rental place almost every other day. The emails were really long and unclear, making it difficult to see what's important and what's not Key pickup: Our arrival to the accommodation delayed accidentally, so we had to pick up the keys after the office hours. When we got the keys, there was six keys and two access tags, with no instructions where they were supposed to go. We also got no information about the apartment - we just knew the street address, but there was multiple buildings, all with nine floors and multiple apartments. With unknown building, unknown floor and unknown door it felt extremely stressful, considering the time was already late evening and the office hours had ended. Thankfully one of the staff members had called me earlier that day by her mobile phone, and I was able to call her and get details, although it felt bad for her since her working hours had already ended. She said that I should have gotten a booking confirmation with all the details to my email but I hadn't got one - just a heavy load of other long emails with repetitive information. The apartment: - No hand soap - Poor, inconsistent wifi - Just two blankets: It was already November so we would have liked to sleep with blankets inside our bedsheets.

Se Senses apartments are top class amazingly modern and safe . Complex is Outstanding . Great for kids 2 parks on site for kids k8ds pools shoots jacuzzis everything is out this world . Staff on site patrol grounds rules included are very good no shouting at pool hair tye up kids lots good policy. Takes 20 mins to main town and supermarket but no problem .carnival in main town is outstanding beaches near are gorgs spotless really good would highly highly recommend . Thanks for best hols .
