Enjoyable 1 month stay

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and a good start to our move to Mauritius. The appliances and crockery etc were of good quality and worked well. I like having a work station, so ideal for those working remotely. Our host was always a whatsapp away and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment for families wanting to explore the west of the island. We also rented a car from them at a very good rate. It is definitely needed if wanting to explore the area on your own. The wifi was excellent, no problems connecting.

Very good

The house is in a quite street 10-15 Min to the shops, restaurants and the beach. It is big, with 3 bathroom and it is fully equipped. The view from the terrace is nice. The swimming pool is small but perfect for the kids.

The furniture is a old and the house need some maintanance.

spacious apartment, 3 toilets, 2 showers, plenty of storage space, well-equipped kitchen, AC in bedrooms, fan in living room

there is a small pool with jets but no user guide is available how to use it

Everything was good and the property owner is very polite with us. Our stay was short and nice.

The property could have install some kind of shelter on the porch to avoid sunlight flashing to house and make the apartment feel very warm. A part from that everything else good for us and the apartment has alarm for security purpose.

It was very convenient and I would highly recommend it. It is 10 minutes walk from the beach.

This is not applicable as it is an apartment.

Everything was perfect. Do not expect a big swimming pool. It is a very small one for children only.

The best private place to stay on Mauritius

The apartment is situated in one of the best areas of the island- in a perfect position to drive around the island or to go by foot to the Beach (Flic en Flac)- which is one of the most favored public beaches. The area is really very nice and calm. No criminality, no noise, but kind of villa area very close to all you need- supermarket, restaurants, beaches etc. The apartment itself consist of 3 floors, giving you the unique opportunity to decide how far from the parent's bedroom you would like the kids to be- little children- next door, grownups- next floor. In the leaving room you have all you need for a long comfortable stay- big fridge for the drinks and fully equipped kitchen to kook and serve your food. We have all enjoyed the pool in the garden during the warm afternoons. Internet was also running very good and our grown up son was able to follow on his laptop the F1 competitions and the Premiere League. Most important of all was our host- a very delicate and decent lady, who was always there for us, not only during our stay but also when we've left. We have forgotten in the safe a HUGE amount of cash and she returned it to us with an international money transfer.... THANK YOU Sha, thank you for being so honest, thank you for all your efforts and time spent to send us our money back! Since then I feel this place more like home and the owners like close relatives. Those are the people I want to deal with when in Mauritius... and I really count the days when I can go back, see my beloved Mauritius and hug those amazing people.

We didn't have any negative experience- what can I say...it was all just wonderfull.

The pool wasn't working on arrival but host fixed it really fast!

Exceptional

It's not my 1st time at Le Palmyre, we really like this residence, we go there at least one a year. Our children likes the swimming pool and the staff as well as Mrs Rita are awesome people caring for their clients. The apartment is well kept and have all utensils needed.

Very good

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and there's a large rooftop balcony which is nice to see the sunset if you're not at the beach. The kitchen is super well equipped.

We had a pleasant stat, the only thing is that the pool pump and filter was broken. The water was murky on our second day. And the pool is really small. But we had a very nice time there.
