Great location, staff friendly, nice spacious apartments with air con and good facilities in the rooms.. Spa if you like to use this. Two pools plus an indoor one if you like.

Only negative for us really - A lot of people were leaving towels and books etc on the sunbeds at the 2nd pool at the back apartments and especially the more comfortable ones with sun canopies to keep them all day and a couple of couples for the whole time we were there. They even did this when they left for 2 or 3 hours for lunch and some left towels and books on them overnight. Not fair at all on all the other paying guests especially at this busy time of year! Some people don't want to sunbathe for 14 hours a day but an hour or 2 would be nice. 😊 TV was out of date and not working in our apartment. Shower head was in the wrong location in the bath and was not behind the shower screen so water went on floor.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Good central location for exploring Crete.

Disappointed that the self-service laundry room had been removed.

The attitude of the mainly men at the front desk was always grumpy, if not rude. The women were slightly more polite and friendly but it was very off-putting as a guest to be treated in this way.

The original room I was given had a portable air-conditioning unit that required the door to be open to use. The staff upgraded me to a room with working air-conditioning which was much appreciated. I didn't use of the facilities, pools etc... but they all looked great

Excellent service, the staff were really nice and helpful. Nice welcoming drinks. They served drinking water to the pool. Very good breakfast. We asked for a quiet room and got one. There are two pools, and always free sunbeds. Lots of good restaurants nearby. 200m walking to the beach.

Some things would need a little update, for example some sunbeds.
