Old and worn out - many things doesn’t work and they are under a big renovation which no one tell us. the pool is closed hence the resort name it is the highlight of this resort. It’s also located in front of a main road, car are noisy and the road is pretty busy even at night. Definitely not a 5 stars as it claimed. not enough facilities and service is dependable of each staff

Welcome staff was friendly.

The room condition was pretty tear down, the furniture in the room is very old and should be changed, so quite different than the photo on the website. It is not worth the money for almost 10,000 a night. Toilet also couldn't flush properly.

The receptionist staffs were very helpful. Even help us with our laundry even the resort do not offer this service which we greatly appciate.

Our room wasn't in a private area. The resort should not have price this room the same as private villas price range or at least have a clear label that your room is right next to the restaurant and you have to share your pool with the mail pool. We have have next to zero privacy but we pay the privacy price for it. Some of the staff left pool cleaning equipment in front of our room while we were spending time at the room. Breakfast need some improvement as well. The bartender seem to choose his favorite music and sing along some were good but most were not our type. However, music during breakfast is perfect. The location of the resort is too close to the main road. You can basically hear traffic 24/7.
