The Villa is pretty close to the centre of the city. It was clean and had everything we needed. Even if we arrived at midnight, the host was there, waiting for us. We have received very useful recommendations regarding what we should do and do not in Macedonia and what is not to be missed in Skopje and in the neighbourhood.

The bed was really really firm, and gave me a instant backache. Pillows felt like they had stones in them.

Our room was at the basement. Cool temperature inside without the need for air conditioner. We had a good rest.

Location was ok for our needs. Bed sheets were clean.

Nothing was like in the photos.The appartment was in the basement and it smelled from the drains. Bathroom was strange, with drains on the walls, and the shower cabin had fungus on it sides, with ants running on its sides. Kitchen was not well equiped, it didn't have microwave but some kind of rusty stove. The couch in the living room had some suspicious looking stains on it. Bedroom was ok, but the bed was a little bit narrow for two persons. The worst were the cockroaches which we discovered on the second night when we got back from the town and switched on the lights!!! Awful!!! We of course canceled our stay and found a room in a nearby hotel. The owner appologized the next morning, but didn't find appropriate to lower the asking price for those 2 nights that we stayed there.

We were looking for accomodation near to cetrum which would have private parking, WiFI and late check in. Villa Re3ca fulfils alll the conditions. Altough in centrum but quite area. Helpful receptionist was bonus.

Simple but clean and well equipped accommodation withing walking distance from the centre. The host is super welcoming and would go the extra mile to maximize the comfort of your stay. Recommended for families for short stay in Skopje.

No microwave in the apartment. Shower is a little old school. Otherwise all good.

Apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival. We received fresh towels. The apartment is close to city centre (just 10 minutes by walk). All of us really enhjoyed the stay.

Just add something to step on after shower to avoid making a mess with wet feet or one more towel :)

The location near the city center landmarks is very convenient. The owner is absolutely friendly. There is a parking space inside the property. The rooms are clean and tidy. The amenities were exactly what we were looking for a one night stay.

Very kind people! They really help me to solve my problems during this trip! Clean place and you have a feeling such for your personal home. The staff also recommend a place for dinner - not expensive but delicious. My points for this place are 10 and I really recommend you!❤️🌹🥰

I don’t understanding where the ”fabulous” review comes from. First of all, the pictures are not reflecting the reality, they are quite deceiving, you may end up staying in a room in the basement with bad smell and noise from a water pomp. The water in the shower is warmed with a boiler and the host did not tell us how to start it, neither did he himself upon our arrival, so we hadn’t had hot water at all. It is specified that the reception is 24/7 but there isn’t any reception at all, i had to call for the host to come to accomodate us. I would definetly not recommend it and won’t stay here again ever ! the only plus is the private parking in yard.

Owners are very pleasant and helpful. Location is nice.

Amenities are scarse.
