Location and infront of hotel is bus stop. easy to take public transport to other places.

Room sound proof quality not so well. Suggest they build the sound proof on the wall between room.

The room no air ventilation. Very smelly

A fine place to stay to use as a base for sleeping. We never actually met the owner but communication was good over WhatsApp. A little far out of town which meant we had to spend more money getting taxis if we wanted to go anywhere.

The room is quite cozy, me and my friends enjoyed the room during our stay. The staff is helpful. Overall, can consider if you are looking for a quick stay in Penang at a low cost.

Few things have to take note: 1. Not a huge issue, but you will need to go to their shared kitchen to take drinking water. 2. There were minor infestation of small cockroaches but the staff was helpful in helping us to get rid of it on the second day of our stay 3. Make sure you bring your own cup and cutlery if you intend to drink/eat in the hotel. 4. Difficult to reach the staff member if theres an issue/enquiry after office hours or in the morning.

The location is very strategic, you can reach Penang Hill in 4-8 minutes by car.

it could be better if the room has a view or a window.
