Very clean accommodation. Centrally located to visit places around. Very near to Sally Lunn's.

But the only drawback was no parking, so we had to park at the nearby car park on Charlotte street which was really expensive for 12 hours - £15. In places like Canterbury, it is just £3.50 for 24 hours.

Great location to walk into Bath City centre. I was confused though as thought we'd booked the 2 bedroom apartment with ensure but instead was in the 2 bedroom apartment with one double bed and 2 singles so are son had to sleep on sofa bed in the front room which wasn't ideal. Flat had everything you needed to be comfortable, tea, coffee, milk provided and lots of extras like hairdryer/products for washing up which was great and much appreciated! However the apartment was cold when we arrived and took a long time to heat up when we put the heating on. I think for future visitors heating should be put on a few hours before guests arrive. Parking at Charlotte Street was expensive and another cost added on to trip which was unfortunate. Big Sainsburys less than a 2 minute walk away for all essentials which was great and also a Nandos and Wetherspoons for competently proced family meals. We would definitely stay here again because of it's great location to the city centre and comfortable apartment however it was a very noisy spot with busses and traffic going by constantly so maybe not ideal if you're a light sleeper! Earplugs provided in rooms came in handy though thank you!😊

Cheaper Parking/free parking Bedding in main bedroom had very thin mattress protector as duvet? This should have been a higher tog duvet especially for guests staying there in the Winter.

I cannot rate this property highly enough. Clean, comfortable safe great location, a home away from home.

Good Location, very convenient place to stay as you explore Bath. Apartment is very homely woth good facilities. Host was accommodating

Excellent location, everything we needed for a place to stay while we explored Bath.

Could do with a lick of paint and refresh in places. Dishwasher hadn't been emptied when we arrived. We only discovered this as we were about to leave. One bed base had stains on the end. Seagulls didn't sleep, so neither did we on the first night.

Need a note to.let people know there is a blind on the skylight in smaller bedroom as we didn't discover this until.the 2nd night
