Good sound proofing. Everything we needed was there

There were a few things broken. Toilet seat, shower head, window wouldn’t close. Kitchen lampshade very wonky and glass broken. Brown water leak on floor next to sink. Fridge badly needed defrosting when we arrived. Could not open drawer and was full of water. We had to spend long time defrosting it. Outside key was difficult to use. Concierge got us to get another key cut at our own expense. There were no large towels. Electricity was not right. It failed if you used too much. Manager had to come out and reset while we waited for breakfast!
