This 2 level home is walking distance to Fort Rock Park and the SHARC Aquatic Facility water park. This property includes 8 UNLIMITED SHARC passes for each day of your vacation!!! Sunriver Village Mall is also just a short walk or bike ride away and has much to offer travelers including a full service grocery and liquor store, coffee shops, bakeries, and Goodies sweet shop. There are many dining options including the Sunriver Brew Pub, Blondie's Pizza, Marcellos, The Village Bar and Grill and many other amazing restaurants. There are sport rental shops, boutique shopping, and much more to explore. During the Summer months, The Village Mall is a great place to go for entertainment such as bounce houses, bumper cars, mini golf, a trackless train and live music in the evenings. Ice skating is available during the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a gas stove. This kitchen has updated cabinetry, deep double sink with goose neck faucet and an attractive tiled back-splash. Enjoy views of pine trees and natural landscape and wildlife from the kitchen window while you prepare meals. The dining area is large enough to accommodate your group for mealtime or enjoying a game night. The vaulted tongue and groove ceilings make this property feel spacious and airy. This bathroom has ample counter space and updated cabinetry! Grab one of the 2 bikes and take a leisurely ride on more than 33 miles of paved paths that weave through the Resort! This home hit the sweet spot for us in terms of amenities and value. Like many homes in the area, it's a little older. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled though and appliances are new. Each bedroom has a nice TV and the beds were more comfortable than most. We were especially pleased to find some memory-foam pillows and plentiful extra blankets. The home is situated on a very private cul-de-sac, but is a short walk to both Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. There are 10 (10!) passes to the SHARC. My only critique is that the house could use a good dusting and removal of cobwebs, but that's a minor thing.

Great location and very peaceful. It’s close to the path but set back, it’s far away from other houses so it felt very private. It’s right in the middle between the sharc and the park so it was great to send our kids too on their own.

I've stayed in many Sunriver rentals and I would not stay in this house again. The beds were all very uncomfortable with old mattresses. The kitchen was not well stocked and every frying pan in the cupboard was dirty with broken handles. If you stay here in the summer I would highly recommend adding a portable A/C unit to your rental. We were there during 85-90 degree days and the house got pretty warm mid-day so the portable unit was very helpful. The two bikes on site are very old cruiser bikes that aren't easy to ride. The BBQ was very dirty with no cleaning brush. The family room area is a nice size and the couch was very comfortable.

No concerns at all about this home in Sunriver. Great location and well described in ad. We were surprised to not have AC, but it wasn't advertised and we were fine in the end, despite the 100 degree temps. One stove burner didn't work and there was nothing to light the grill with... but those were easily solved or worked around. Staff was exceptionally responsive and helped us get in an hour early and brought us extra fans.

This was a perfect location - very close to SHARC & the village but not off a main path so not a ton of walk/bike traffic. Great deck that seemed private, even though we had neighbors. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of beach towels. Nice to have access to the garage to store personal bikes and extra frig in the garage was a bonus. The bunk room has two bunks but it small - we thought we could fit 2/13 yr olds & 2/17yr olds but would have been too crowded. Would have been nice if a bike lock came with the house bikes. Great house, we would rent again.

Wonderful stay for the 6 of us. Plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. My only concern on cleanliness was the hot tub. It just didn't look or feel clean. I ended up not using it myself while we were there. Others in the family did use it and agreed the water felt slimy.One suggestion for improvement was the need for better glassware. If you needed a beer glass, you were well covered! Some stemmed wine glasses would be great.Sunset Lodging were great to work with. Our original rental was sold and they were proactive in helping us get another home for the holiday week. Very much appreciated! Would definitely use them again.

The house had a fantastic location and we really enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to bike path, SHARC and Fort Rock park. However it was surprising this home is offered to the public given it's current state. It would make sense for a longtime family place but not a professional rental at $550 a night (more than what we've paid in Hawaii). Specific items that could be improved quickly and relatively cheaply include: evicting mouse under kitchen sink, cleaning/replacing filthy carpets, replacing the very old kitchen broom, providing cleaning spray, replacing dishes and silverware that appear to be from the 70s (50 years old!!!) with chips and sharp edges, improving lighting in the bedrooms (at night it was nearly impossible to see in the closets) with a floor lamp and making sure light bulbs are working (three were out), fixing the hazardous hole in the deck right in front of the patio door, providing fresh spare blankets (again these appear to be 50 years old), replacing the life jackets in the garage (very old), proving more cutting boards (only 1), and providing sharper knives (these were extremely dull). Also given the high costs to rent this place, visitors are likely to expect working smart TVs. The main floor TV didn't have any apps, and we were limited to basic cables channels. Costco sells TVs for less than $200 and there is already internet at the home so this seems like an easy upgrade/amenity. Also, the bunk bed room felt dangerous for our small children. The four lights installed right by the pillows got extremely hot and there was no top rail on the top bunks to keep kids from falling out. We had to move a mattress on the floor to keep one kiddo safe. Again, this home has a fantastic location and lots of potential but for what we paid, the owner needs to invest in improvements for safety and quality.

Quartz Mt 16 was such a disappointment. It was in need of general maintenance and had 3 major safety concerns. My grandson burnt his wrist on the high intensity lights above his bunk bed. 1 light above another bunk bed had exposed wires and was hanging out. On the deck there is separation from the slider door leaving a space the one of the kids shoe got stuck in. Wood trim on the glass doors in the kitchen cabinets fell off when you opened the cabinet and all 3 glass cabinets were missing this inner trim.
There was dog food in one of the closets, questionable clean. bedspread and pillow covers in one of the bedrooms. The soap dish in downstairs bath was rusty and therefore soap bar was rusty. Window fan had broken legs. Coffee pot lid had broken prongs. Majority of dinner plates were chipped. Barely enough silverware for 10 people. No matching drinking glasses. Only provided 10 towels for 10 guests. For $700 a night after fees and taxes, this place should have been meticulous versus awful. I have rented homes for years in Sunriver and never had such a run down place. Maintenance and housekeeping did come by after I called the office and complained. A new coffee pot was delivered, more towels, new fan, wires fixed on nightlight.
They informed me it was the owner's responsibility to replace furnishings, dishes. Well this owner is definitely overdue!!

If you call a dozen mismatched salad/dessert forks adequate . . . Yes, you could use them to eat, but who ate the dinner forks!! Also, is there a reason to keep coffee mugs with broken handles? Not enough wine glasses, water glasses, towels or toilet paper for what was a place advertised to accommodate 10 people!

We love the location and the set up of this home. The bunk room was handy for four kids to share while older, grown-up children each other on queen bedroom. It’s nice having the master bedroom upstairs, a little removed from the activity. Great place to stay! Very clean. The only issues we had was there is no A/C so it was pretty warm on hot days. The remote for the TV upstairs didn't work even with new batteries and maybe some dinner plates that aren't chipped? These are all minor things (except the A/C)and if you have dogs its a good place to stay.

Great location with space to relax
We had a great time with a party of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids). The house was clean and roomy enough most of the time. We could have used some folding chairs so we could sit around the table together. Also some additional light in the rooms would be nice as it is quite dark. But amenities were great and property management quickly answered questions. Would stay again

Overall the house is comfortable, deck is great, very quite location, easy 10min bike ride to village, sleeping accommodations were good. As per other reviews, this home REALLY needs to up their kitchen supplies. If this home had a new set of pots, skillets, knives, and other cooking items it would be fully worth the rental cost. Otherwise, I'd suggest bringing some sharp knives and a skillet from home.

We had extended family at this rental and loved our experience! I personally think the house was nicer in person then the photos. The location is amazing as others have mentioned. Walking distance to the SHARC is 5 minutes and the village is 25 minutes.
The house is really well laid out as well, and contains sounds well if you have people sleeping in the bedrooms.
My only feedback is that the bunk room beds are pretty thin. Completely fine for younger kids, but older kids or adults will be uncomfortable.
