Excellent stay - will surely recommend to others too.

The stay was very comfortable, and the Property management really paid attention to customer needs, with prompt response by House keeping and room deliveries. The upkeep of the property was excellent. Special thanks to the Restaurant - all our personal food requirements were met by the kitchen staff. The buffet breakfast was well spread with a variety and food was tasty. All the staff members displayed high standards of courtesy and urgency.

The breakfast was predominantly Indian - it would be great if they could cater for some continental/oriental cuisine too, once in a while.

The reception desk people were prompt. Dining was exceptional. They have very good medical supplies and a travel desk.

Unpleasant and unexpected experience

No lift, no facilities, had to call or visit reception multiple times for one thing, food in another building, highly inconvenient

Superb

Nice cosy hotel, good and courteous staff, clean and spacious rooms, good food, play area for kids, not far from Mall road. Would recommend booking higher floor rooms for better view. Beds have heating which was fantastic.

Not a big issue, but should try to provide water bottles and towels in room, specially for people checking in late, though, on asking hotel tried to provide promptly. One morning, we could not get hot water, but that day the hotel was fully booked, so I give benefit of doubt to the hotel. The staff tried to make alternate arrangements. It seems it was one off issue, as the 2nd day we did not have the same problem.

It was very bad experience with this hotel as well booking.com,as booked luxury room with mountain view but it was not same, v poor resturant as only two menu for breakfast, very poor resturant service use to eat cold snaks,rest very very poor experience avoid visiting this hotel as well booking.com as mentioned wrong information about hotel rooms.pure 🤥 fraud.

If you are looking for a good place to stay with the family in Manali, this is the place.

The breakfast was super cool. The chef and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The restaurant was clean and has ample space to accommodate the guests. The room were neat, clean, and spacious. I have booked 3 room in total, 2 for my parents and parents-in-law and 1 for us. They have arrange our room close to each other and on the same floor per our requests.

They should have a couple of wheelchair for elders so those who need assistance/ramp can use it. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the property and services offered.

worst stay of the 8 day trip. nothing luxury in luxury rooms. waste of money

rooms were not clean bedsheets were very old and non ironed white towels were looking black staff was not providing proper information and not able to understand what we were telling them water bottle was also not available coffee cattle was yakky no toiletries

not much really

furnitures are old and in bad condition...... doors get jammed. wifi was not working properly. bathroom drainage was not proper. not value for money.

Location and courteous staff

we stayed in room no. 402 and 403 and there was garbage bin kept in the walkway which was spoiling the ambience

Very good

The location was amazing. The staff was amazing, they gave us a snow hill view room on our request. The food was up to the mark. The morning AARTI from the Hadimba Temple was audible which was mesmerizing. The Driver Karun Thakur provided to us was very calm and respectful.

The Rooms had a bit old curtains. We had a bad experience with the travel agent at the hotels travel desk.

The over all stay was average.

The food was good and everyone in group enjoyed it.

The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned . Did not proper additional bed on first day inspite of asking multiple time.
