The location is excellent on a quiet road and extremely handy for the freeway. The house has the capability to be excellent with nice design features and a pool which initially attracted us to the property. Michel, the host, is extremely helpful and obliging - providing detailed instructions for places to visit that he hand wrote for us. We were there in the severe heatwave and as there is no aircon, Michel provided floor standing fans when asked.

The house needed a really thorough deep clean. The pool robot took 2-3 days to clean the pool floor and by that time our confidence in the condition of the pool had diminished. Our MAJOR problem is that after we left we discovered an issue that required us to communicate with Michel and despite messages via booking.com's message system (which had always elicited a prompt reply previously) and copying the message via phone messaging - which reported it as 'Delivered', no response has been received four days later.

large bedrooms as well as excellent dining and living space downstairs. the outside area is fantastic. the property has everything that you need. Michel was extremely welcoming and kind - he even took it upon himself to arrange a partial refund when we told him that we needed to leave earlier than planned. the property is in a very quiet neighbourhood and only a short 10min walk from Borderouge metro where you can get into the City. it’s also conveniently located nearby the motorway for easy access to Albi, Montauban, etc.

We loved the pool area. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were great. The large lounge is lovely. Our host was really helpful and kind.

We were there in a heat wave and although our host very kindly provided us with a big fan the villa would definitely benefit from air conditioning. We felt the villa should provide towels (although our host very helpfully lent us some).
