Clean room with AC. Great for our one night stay after our trip to the desert. Convenient location that was a 15 minute walk to the bus station.

Carmensa is so friendly and welcoming. Delicious large breakfast for 7,000 COP. Big comfortable bed and good air conditioning. They are very accommodating and flexible with check out time. Convenient location within walking distance to the bus station.

PLEASE STAY HERE! This place is an ideal hotel for a stop over when in Neiva - the family who run it are absolutely lovely, very kind and informative (so is their puppy Zeus! he is so cute!)
The lady who runs it was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we need. We stayed for one night and had an afternoon bus, so looked after our bags for us whilst we went to a cash machine (which is only a 5 min walk)
We had breakfast when we woke up with coffee and she ordered us a taxi to the station.
As we got mixed up with bus times, they allowed us to stay at the hotel for a few hours whilst we waited and the lady offered us coffee, a room to use for the toilet and even offered us to lie down for a nap, if needed! The hosts are always smiling and bubbly.
There are plenty of food options close and close to the bus terminal.
Comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Overall lovely stay - advise if you are unsure where to stay in Neiva as the neighbourhood can have that 'unsafe' feeling.

Nice room, all new and functioning, comfy bed, clean, both airco and fan. Good shower, only cold water but you really don't want hot water in hot Neiva. Quiet, inside the building it's very nice. Very nice people in charge, great breakfast on their small but pretty patio. Less than 10 minutes walk from the busstation but it's hot so maybe you prefer a taxi for COP 5.000..
No window to the outside but the street is too noisy anyway.

The family that owns the hotel is lovely, super helpful with everything you may need, they make you feel very welcomed and kinda part of the family. Breakfast was super and the room comfortable.

They organized a trip to the Tatacoa Dessert for us which was pretty amazing. The breakfast was really good and it felt like they really care about their guests. Thanks!

What I like most about this hotel is the family that runs it. They are absolutely lovely and make you feel very welcomed and ensure you enjoy your stay and have everything you need. Carmenza will cook delicious and filling breakfast for you. The room is super clean and smells nice. and this hotel is definitely your best option if you need to stay a night or two near the terminal.
Be aware windows are overlooking the corridor but it didn't bother me personally.

We arrived very late due to Colombian busses but the owner stayed late to open the door for us. Very helpful staff.

We stayed just one night, before we visited tatacoa dessert. We were allowed to leave our big backpacks there, as we stayed one night in the dessert. The host was so kind and helped us with everything we Asked for. When we came back from the dessert she offered us drinks, coffee and even a shower, before we left. Thank you!

For us the location was perfect since it is close to the bus terminal and also the city center is just a 10-15 minutes walk.
The staff is very friendly! When we arrived we were sweating and so they immediately offered us a homemade juice which was really yummy. We could also use the kitchen to prepare some fruits as a snack.

Good value for money. Very late check in possible. We arrived at 2am at the hotel.
Room without windows. However there are rooms with windows. This information would be useful. Only cold water. Located on a main street. Even tough there were no windows in the room we were able to hear the noise from the street.

The owners are really nice and helpful, they let us use their computer when we needed to book a flight and they made an amazing breakfast. Had the best cheese arepas which they even gave us some spare to have for lunch! The room was clean and quiet and have good curtains and aircon.
