Super séjour qui nous a donné envie de revenir dans cet établissement 👍

L’emplacement à 300 mètres de la plage et la proximité des commerces. La chambre spacieuse avec un grand balcon est très bien équipée avec une climatisation silencieuse. L’établissement se trouve dans un quartier très calme. Le personnel est attentif à vos besoins et toujours très disponible.

La puissance du wifi est très moyenne.

Gute Lage aber zu viele Ameisen

Die Nähe zum Strand war super

Das ganze Haus ist mit Ameisen befallen und nichts wird dagegen unternommen. Sie sind in den Koffer und in das Bett gekommen, der Vermieter hat uns die Schuld gegeben.

I recommend this stay. If you wanna be on the beach and have good night sleep with good AC what else

It was super close to beach. It had very specific vibe - mix of various cultures. It was spacy. I loved the balcony. Spend big shower there (it was pouring). Overall very good stay for that price. Recommend. Bed was super comfy, very good ac.

Bathroom is not the newest but spacy and very clean. It is a bit dark inside the room.

The AC was not working. The room smelled cigarettes. Cockroaches....

Highly recommended!

It is really close to the beach, shops, supermarket. The staff is helpful and communicative. Perfect stay even for longer vacation.

Close to the Beach, fair price

Proximity to the beach and foodstands or restaurants. Nice welcoming staff. Private bathroom, spacious room with kitchen ammenities, a little bit limitated though. I had private washmaschine and direct access to terrace. A/C, fridge freezer, TV. Very calm area, quiet at night.

Nothing. For this price I cannot complain.

Great place to be if you are looking for cleanliness, beach, restaurants

Alpha Villa’s location is perfect if you are looking for restaurants, street food, shops within a walking distance. the beautiful beach of Flic en Flac is less than 100m by foot. the property is secure, fenced all around and there is a security guard all day and night if you need anything. the rooms are clean and spacious. kitchen fully equipped with basic useful utensils and equipment. the washing machine functions very well. we really liked the big verandah where we mostly enjoy our dinner every night. our rooms were on the 2nd floor to get nice breeze but it was not practical on day of arrival and departure to take all the suitcases by climbing/going down the stairs on foot. if you have difficulty walking or suffer knee or leg problems, ask for rooms on the ground floor or at the least first floor.

it would have been better if the shower hose hang on the wall as the water pressure is already so low and you have to manage holding the shower head and rubbing yourself at the same time, after waiting for more than 2minutes for hot water to come. if Towels are to be provided by the establishment, I think it’s high time they are replaced for a decent one. the ones we had in our rooms were not nice nor usable, but thankful we were told ahead of time so we brought our own towels to use. the air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work properly to give cool air, after 3 days, the caretaker brought a standing fan which was a relief for my children.

Lovely !

It was lovely & clean & in a great location for the beach , shopping & transport links. We would definitely stay there again .

Everything was great & the kitchen had a lot of useful utensils..but a kettle would of been a very practical addition .

Exceptional

It's location is close to the beach, close to many restaurants,... It has aire conditioning, cold and Hot water, Washing machine,.. And people are friendly! That' a good place to stay!

There was ants, but that was not a problem for us!

We won’t visit again, and we won’t recommend

relatively clise to the Flic en Flac beach

old and not well maintained, unhospitable staff, no attention to customer service, maintenance and detail. Old smelly towels, kitchennette without cooker 🙈, old bedlinen, just old, smelly and not clean. Don’t stay here if you are looking for a pleasant stay. You can do (much) better!
