Séjour exceptionnel à Tulum, personnel incroyable, courez y les yeux fermés!

Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment charmant, on nous a conseillé des restaurants, des sorties cenotes et même des indications pour le reste de notre voyage. L’appartement est immense avec terrasse, cuisine tout est équipé, digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. La localisation est idéale proche du centre mais aussi proche de la plage et des ruines de Tulum. Parking devant l’hôtel, rue très calme! Nous recommandons ++++

Relaxing

Great little spot. Why pay beach prices when you can start here and just be at the minutes on a bike. Super comfortable apt and pool is refreshing at end of day. Vanessa and rest of staff are wonderful.

Apartment was good but wish they had better communication about garbage disposal and room service

The ambience, the location of apartment and the apartment itself

Water after shower makes the entire bathroom wet as the platform near the bathroom door is not high enough to keep the water in the shower space. Not sure why this simple issue has not been solved. The bed in the front/living room is not good for sleeping. It gave us backache. There are no proper instructions about garbage disposal or room service. They have enough parking spots but one spot was wasted all the time as there were some tree branches that were cut and placed in this spot.

Lovely sized room and great location the host was very attentive to questions and recommendations

Superb

simple and good place to stay. after riding bike nice to get in a bit cold pool-we enjoyed doing this! there is big shopping centre close enough to property. kichen was with all what we need-blender, toster, coffe machine, knives, cuting board, oil, salt and pepper. ac working well. hot watter and good pressure. kichen maybe a bit dark but thats dont make big sence. good location-it was quiet at night, but Tulum centre is close to walk. to get to beach there is a lot places to rent bike or scooter.

It was good!

Great apartment, simple but good. The shower was the best one we’ve experienced so far on this trip. Good pressure and warm water! The cleaning was good and the pool area nice.

We booked this apartment to be able to cook, however there was not many kitchen utensils for us to cook a proper meal. This could definitely be improved for the future!

Well sized apartment with everything you need. Good location, walking distance to the main street but quiet. Good sized pool at the property. AC in both living room and bedroom. Big king size bed. Very responsive host.

Close to town center and right across the street from a supermarket. spacious rooms/stocked kitchen/comfy bed/small safe/good water pressure & hot water/great AC. I was very happy to see a blender (for smoothies!) Vanessa was super attentive and kind. Great communication leading up to and through my stay. Due to a flight delay I arrived later than expected and there were no issues. They send out a very informative PDF the day before you arrive. Make sure to say hello to the resident cat!

Construction all around (it’s everywhere in Tulum tho) which created a lot of dust/noise outside from about 8am-6pm. This wasn’t a huge issue for me tho-I was out most of those hours anyway. You may want to wear/bring socks/slippers/flip flops to wear indoors-even tho the floors are cleaned every few days my feet still picked up quite a bit of dust/dirt. Also the bathroom floor gets wet from the shower-there isn’t much of a barrier keeping shower water from leaking/splashing onto the rest of the floor. This is a mere design flaw tho-nothing the staff can do. I found it helpful to turn the shower head towards the wall. There is no stove and one of the cook tops didn’t work but it was easy to manage anyway. Even with these few minor discrepancies I still enjoyed the space very much.

If we return to Tulum, we will NOT stay at this place – very disappointed.

Not much to like. It was clean and the coffee was good. Other than that, nothing.

The property was misrepresented in the listing. There were many photos, but they were of other units. Ours was a converted garage, literally! The "fully equipped kitchen" was an absolute joke. The faucet was simply a hose bib sticking out of the wall.

Disappointing because of the noise and also because we were not given the room we had booked.

We've stayed at Tulum Nah before. We like the location and way the rooms are laid out. We booked a ground floor room to have easy access to the pool but were put into a 3rd floor room instead. That was very disappointing and Vanessa, the concierge was gracious in helping us adjust. She's a gem and the only reason we stayed at Tulum Nah rather than looking for an alternative place to stay.

We booked a ground floor room but were given a third floor room. The kitchen was minimally stocked. It would have been a real challenge to cook a full meal. No drinking water was provided. This was a first in all the many places we've stayed in Mexico. The construction in the neighborhood was very loud and went on all day. It was impossible to use the very small decks because of the noise.

Amazing! Stay here!

The apartment was so cute and had everything you needed from amazing ac, fully functioning wifi, and a complete kitchen. The location was perfectly located within a 5 minute walk from Tulum but so quiet. Vanessa was amazing and helped us with everything we needed from restaurant recs, to tours, to pharmacies. She also texted every day to make sure we were safe and everything was ok. We felt 100% safe staying here and would absolutely stay again!

It’s a very small thing but I like my showers pretty hot and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm but that was a common issue we had every location was stayed in in Mexico.

Excellent Value!

Excellent Internet connection in case you need to "work from home". The key metric here is value, do you get what you are paying for? The answer is TOTALLY! Super clean, pool area is nice, and check in is very easy (Vannesa is great)!

Location is ok. You need a car/scooter if you want to be moving between the different beaches, "zona hotelera" and downtown

Superb

The host is so nice, very obliging :) The room is comfortable, cleaned every 3 days. You can rent bikes. The situation is ideal, near the center, the beach and in a calm so not noisy street :) We will come back!

Best value, quiet location for a complete apartment!

This is my 2nd time staying here and it is one of my favorite places due to its central and QUIET locations. The apartment is huge, the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, the living area is spacious, and there is a full length mirror. It is awesome they also provide free water. You cannot beat the proximity to Chedraui and other conveniences.

Needs better lighting and some travel sizes of soap or shampoo. Pool gets dirty from leaves. Lighting in ground floor unit is poor since due to lack of sunlight coming in.
