Stay away if you want a real private beach

The room is clean and the AC is working good and the location of the hotel is amazing

The bech is not private any one can buy a ticket and join so it was very crowded and not clean so i could not find seats most of the time.

awesome location and price.

it was a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute ride from multiple restaurants. perfect location.

The staff was very bad, especially the receptionist Ekeamy He didn't know how to treat the guests, and he didn't accept our entrance without checking the room kye , he didn't know that we are in the same hotel and that we can know each others, one night me and one gest met outside the hotel and come back together, ge didn't accept us for entrance without seeing our keys, if he didn't know the guests or how to treat them politely not stay in the reception. Was very bad experience.

Very good

The reception girl was hospitable and helpful!!! Gave me practical tips on money exchange and free ticket for the nearby beach. The room was spacy, clean, comfortable. Location of the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The breakfast was good.

A great little hotel for the price

This place is a real find for the price. Albeit I got a Genius upgrade so my room was better then expected. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well located away from the noise so it's quiet at night. Comfortable spacious room so all in all slept extremely well. I was lucky and had room 331 which has a balcony and sea views. Thank you all at Elaria for looking after me.

The hotel has free access to a private beach very close by. The beach is fine but the staff working in the bar area were lacking in any customer service skills. I observed them being very rude to a few older customers dealing with them in an inpatient off hand way. At one point the young male around 15 years old shouted at one elderly man He just wanted a cup of tea. I only went once to the beach of this reason.

Superb

I liked the place so much, The girl on reception is really extra friendly she helped me so much many many thanks to her. I had the best Sea view room, the bed is also very comfortable.

Breakfast is very simple. Bathroom is not very clean.

Staff were friendly. We liked the balcony which had a sea view. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and shower good.

Location didn’t overlook the beach as you have to cross a main road to access the beach through another hotel.

Room was cheap for 1 night. Staff helpful but

Horrible breakfast, missing towels & toilet paper in room. Wifi drops out all the time. Aircon never worked. Location is terrible.

It was amazing and very comfortable

I enjoyed staying in the hotel and I enjoyed all the facilities. I enjoyed everything such as the room, and restaurant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But I only have a comment that the hotel doesn't have a White light which is comfortable for reading and using the computer.

I wish that the hotel management will look into the possibility to provide the guests with a White light for their convenience for whom they want to read, study or even work on their laptops.
