Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden and the pool were very nice. Room was cleaned every day, everyone was friendly, even the local cats. Very quiet place, some very good tavernas nearby. Good position for Balos beach and to explore the west side of the island.

Location is excellent, 30 minutes from Balos and Falassana beaches. But more importantly, the little village in witch the property is located has four restaurants. We only tried one of them and it was fantastic. The pool area is nice with views of the ocean and since there are only five rooms, it will not get crowded. All in all, a super place when visiting the area. Family of four, kids 9 and 11. Both slept well on the sofa bed and there was enough room for us all.

Beds are a little hard according to our taste but that is a general issue in Crete. If you plan on spending your time in the close by beach (5 minutes walking distance), don’t! You come here to visit Balos, Falassana, Elafonisi, so a car is a must.

We couldn't choose better place to stay - the location, garden with pool, breakfast, room itself and also the host were super nice. 10/10

Newly built, spacious rooms. Amazing view from the garden. Very convenient spot to explore Baros and Falasarna. There are two amazing tavernas next door too!

very lovely, unfortunately we could not taste the swimming pool because of the rainy weather 😞 The location is on the Balos road . Breakfast is excellent and copious.

We’ve spent 5 wonderful days at Agarathos apartment, absorbed in the colture and the stunning landscape of the western part of the island. The rooms are spacious and with practical forniture, the cleaning is punctual every day. The garden with the pool is peaceful and with a very nice with over the sea. The host was very committed to make our stay as better as possible. The town is close to Balos and Falasarna and plenty of other good places for hikers. Finally the food (we were half board) was the best we had in Crete, especially the quality of the ingredients of dinner, everything farm-to-table. ps The Wi-Fi connection was perfect and for me it was really important since I was smart working some times.

Quite, nice place with a nice view. Great breakfast and perfect dinner option! Close (with car) to Balos beach and Falasarna beach. Absolutly recommanded!

The wifi was lightning fast (important for work!). The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The owners were very sweet, and the facilities were excellent. Also, it was so close to Balos! I really loved staying here. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The apartment was very clean and well fournished. It has a small garden and a nice pool were you can relax in the evening. Breakfast was generous and delicious. We recommend eating in Agarathos tavern!

Wonderful pool and perfect start point for balos. Apartment very well furnished. Very very good food in the taverna, specially the slow cooked lamb.

Hospitality, restaurant, dinner, breakfast, room, pool with the view, clean water. Location to Balos and Falaserna, Elafonisi cant be better. Peacefull place with traditional values. Eleni and her family we will come back for sure.

Everything perfect... Nothing to complain! The only thing is that we couldnt stay few more days.

Well it seems they double booked our double room and we ended up in a one bedroom apartment instead. This worked out well for us, although the 3 apartments face the road, whereas the rooms face the garden and pool. The pool is lovely and there are some tables and chairs as well as sunbeds to use. Discounts are offered in the Taverna. Close to Falasarna and Balos beaches.

No shade by the pool/sunbeds. Kaliviani is just a cluster of tavernas and houses on the only road to Balos beach which is quite near. This means everyone driving to and from the beach drive past the rooms.

Very wonderful place. The room is nice with a stunning swimming pool. The breakfast at the restaurant is very good and tasty meals for the dinner with great discounts. Best place to visit Balos.

This well-equiped apartment in a great location made my holiday nice and easy:) The pool was very nice, even though we had a little chance to use it, as the most beautiful beaches in Greece are too close not to visit them. It is a great opportunity for an evening refreshment though. I highly recommend the breakfast-included option, as the only fresh products are served in huuge amounts.
