Okay for one night if you can't find anything better.

Nice athosphere

3300 for a room with shared bathroom is too much for that running down city and the below average value they offering.

Clean and comfortable room, perfect location for ferry access.

The outdoor spaces could be better utilized.

Small, clean room with ensuite facilities & good, basic breakfast. Wifi worked well and there were some great restaurants in town.

Not all that easy to find - best make a note of the address and phone number as the taxi driver from the airport needed it to contact the reception for directions.

Friendly staf and good location

The people are nice and helpful. The room is good but simpel and the bathroom is small but with hot water. The place is clean and well situated near the harbour and centre, but also quiet. The roof terrace is okay, but not many people use the place. The breakfast is fine; rolls with cheese, ham or jam, boiled egg, sweet yoghurt, cake and/or cookies and fruit like apple,orange or pear. There is also milk for chocolatedrink or for cornflakes.

We've booked two scooters in advance, for our second and third day. We had to wait hours before they came. Luckly there is enough to see near the sea or in the centre.

Spacious room, very nice staff, well positioned. I would stay again.

Furniture in the room was very bare, there's not even a desk to put things on. While the room and the bed are clean, the inside of the drawers and wardrobe is very dusty.

Hot room

Good location, close to the sea side and center. Room was clean and breakfast was simple but tasty.

Room was semi underground. Small window on ground level. Room was hot even during evening when outside was nice. No mirror in bathroom. No single hook for towel.

Value for money and clean , spotless rooms

The breakfast was arranged so we could be at boat at seven Staff very helpful The arla residential is always clean , this is third time I have stayed here

Was unable to extend my stay , as the hotel fully booked

Comfortable room and friendly staff.

I liked the big size/space of the room. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was also good. The staff was very friendly.

If I have to give an answer, the view from the balcony was not as expected, but overall I had a nice stay!

Very good

We only stayed one night because we were in a transfer to Santo Antao. Staff was very friendly. They made us a breakfast package because we needed to get the ferry to Santo Antao very early. Restaurants in town are very close (5min walking), the ferry was 5min walking.

Comfortable accomodation in excellent location

Very spacious and nicely furnished room, excellent location next to the city center and close to the port. We left both mornings very early and the staff was very helpful in preparing a pick-nick breakfast.

Ok for the price you pay

Location is good, nice view. Breakfast was ok. Price is very reasonable.

The room was not cleaned properly. The furniture were very old and the mosquitonet on the window was broken.

Lovely staff and decent rooms

Very kind staff, she made a picknick package because we had to leave very early for the boat to Santo Antao. Decent room. Close to the port.

Sweet family guest house with nice breakfast

The breakfast had fresh fruit and home made bread. A lovely lady baking a scrambled egg on request. Breakfast area. The sweet romantic furniture style.

The bathroom was shared. The sink and shower area flooded very fast.

Room was very basic which is expected as it was very affordable however a bin or chair in the room would have been appreciated!

Only for one night, but very nice stay!

The location os perfect, just near the city center but also to the beach. Very good breakfast. Overall a very nice stay!
