Would recommend

Could rent a bike. Had swimming pool. Warm water. Restaurant. Clean. Nice and spacious. 10min ride to town centre. Offered excursions.

Rubbish for vegans. Late to check us in.

OK place to stay and handy for the supermarket. lovely pool area.

I have been to Moalboal Tropics many times but only twice booked accommodation. The pool area is good and the room spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful

There is no lift to the 2nd 3rd and 4th floors only steep stairs. The toilet seat in my room was badely stained and should have been replaced. The air conditioner is too small for the room and it never got below 25C. (77F) I could only use wifi outside my room as the signal was too weak inside. The breakfast was abysmal and did not cater for people who do not eat meat.

there was a pool, restaurant, bar and tuk tuks available right outside the place, it was further from the main town area, but still easy to get to and with the facilities we didn’t even need to leave to get dinner or nice drinks. Everyone was really nice and happy to help when we had questions

The place is big and look good in the picture but that is all. - Breakfast is really really small cannot even fulfil a kid. 1 toast, half fried egg one little strip of bacon, 1 French frie (in singular, I've never seen anyone serving fries by unit) they don't have coffee only fake nescafe and pondered juice - location is far from the beach and you will need motorbike for everything - They didn't clean our room in 4 days even when we explicitly asked for that twice. No soap, no water and mainly no toilet paper provided during 4 days - The air-condition is too old/weak cannot cool the room, during daytime it gets really hot - The shower only has 2 temperatures freezing cold and boiling hot... Also the pressure of the water looks like an old man peeing - The water in the shower smells like swamp, probably cuz they use deep wheel water... To brush the teeth is disgusting -The pool has sooooo much chlorine... That after swimming half my hair felt. - The mattress is much bigger than the bed frame so it gets falling outside - Curtain is very thin... So anyone can seee you from outside in the aisle It is not good price for money

Very memorable.

Very friendly and considerate staff. They gave in to my request to get the ground level room esp bc I am 28weeks pregnant.

They should not turn off the fountains and water sliders until pool closes.

The hotel is nice, massive pool, staff are friendly enough, rooms are a good size. Good for children.

The sink in my bathroom had a bad smell and the toilet door was rusty. At the restaurant for dinner I waited 20mins for someone to serve me (there's no front desk to restaurant) but nobody came, there weren't clear instructions on what the process was but some people were eating or waiting. The WiFi didn't catch very well on the floor I was on.

Loved our stay, make sure you check out the sardine run

The food was amazing! We’ve been in the Philippines for a couple of weeks and it’s the best we’ve had. The staff are also really friendly the go above and beyond and have made us feel so welcome. The kids love the pool and all the superhero’s and animals!

Room was ok and clean shower needs replacing as very tarnished

Hotel was fine but food was not always available off the menu. Bar needs staff full time as waiting for someone to turn up to serve is not acceptable.

Lovely pool with slide. Excellent for kids as there are a splash pool for kids. Breakfast was great, and brought to us at our room. Overall great exprience, and highly recommended.Perhaps the shower.

Family vibe.

Stayed here a month and it was great. Pool area is awesome with both kids and adult pools. Wifi was good, staff very helpful.

As business is slow due to covid they have a lot of ‘day’ customers, particularly at weekends who just come to celebrate Filipino style in large family groups. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing day by the pool then forget it. Shower pressure not so good but adequate.

Slow Service,Facility is poor, food is cold & Uncomfortable bed,No hand towel

The pool is recommended if you have kids & the location is accessible.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 superior deluxe & 1 superior family for 6 adults & 2 children When I booked it I requested them to put our rooms closer to each other however they don't fulfil that request & I understand. We also have a problem with the mattress of the bed and pillow it feels like we are laying in the hard wood imagine the pain in the back during daytime,And also no hand towel,they only provide 5 bath towel for 8 people.They provided a cups & saucers however no tea,no milk & the most important thing is no teaspoon very funny right?lol And also you paid for your booking included with breakfast the food is very poor & served cold not recommended if you're with foreigners.The Staff Service is very slow! My Suggestion The manager should look/train their staff how to organise and be professional on their job I work in a hotel as a housekeeper & I know my job well.
